Element Atlanta Buckhead

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Element Atlanta. The hotel was clean, the neighbourhood was clean and quiet. The breakfast was tasty too (lots of options available). The hotel was near the mall (Lenox Mall) which is really nice (the mall is pretty big and has a lot of stores).

Room was nice to look at but that’s the end of the compliment. Parking was awful. Garage across the street is the only parking option. The garage charges a maximum of twelve dollars for a full day, less for shorter uses. But the hotel charges you $25 for the privilege of using the garage, citing the ability to come and go as a reason for the upcharge. And you can’t opt out of paying the hotel’s come and go privilege upcharge. We were passing through, just coming in once at night and leaving once in the morning but had to pay the extra $25 to park in the garage that would have charged us probably $9. Thanks hotel! Never staying here again. Also didn’t have any extra pillows for our fifth sleeper in a room that sleeps six. And just three towels for our family of five. They were out of coffee when we left in the morning. And the stupid TV in the room wouldn’t turn off so I just unplugged it. When we got to the room, the TV had a personalized welcome message with my name on it. If you can personalize a message to me, can’t you personalize my room experience by putting enough pillows and towels in the room for the number of people booked on my reservation? Just a terrible experience.

Everything was perfect, however the kitchen staff could not get foot out fast enough in the mornings and continued to run out of all the items on the hot bar. They would ask everyone to be patient as they prepared more food; so many people with children had to wait on hot food.

Very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and great for family of 5 since there was a couch bed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and they had gluten free options for my son with Celiac.

Great night stay close to many restaurants while visiting family.

Long weekend visiting family in Atlanta. It was our first stay at Element and we will return. Easy in and out, shopping and restaurants are close.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Element. We love the rooms, the staff, the attention and most of all how nice and clean everything was. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Markel and the others did a wonderful job accommodating my family and me. The drinks at the bar were delicious! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for an extended weekend getaway in Atlanta. We had a toddler with us and the hotel provided a rollaway crib which was an awesome bonus! The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. All of the staff was amazing! We especially appreciated the evening manager Markel and the morning breakfast cook Chanta!! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This was such a lovely place to stay. The service and staff were so warm and welcoming. The studio room was perfect for our 5 person family! Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful and we all enjoyed the pool as a family.
