Wow what an amazing place to stay! We had a one night stay with the kids and can not fault anything about the hotel! Check in staff were so friendly. Rooms clean and tidy and the view of the beach was fantastic! Very family friendly. We will be back ☺️

Very super-friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We initially booked the wrong kid of room, but they accommodated us for the next night. Very clean resort, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. The beach was so relaxing and an ease to get to it from the hotel. Also, the bars and restaurant were excellent!!

The hotel was good, but had some concerns: like the bed had dips, no microwave if you had left over food to eat later, the rods in bathroom kept falling down, there was only one chair in the room, the TV had a limited of channels with most of them kids channels, cut the AC down to 70 the room still stayed hot. The smell was good but if you have sinus issues eventually the smell will start missing with your sinus. The Market Place was small to buy items, the restaurant serve the same menu every night, the furniture in the lobby needs to be updated. If you need to iron clothes you have the world smallest ironing board. The last night stay I got sick from eating in dinning room. The only good thing about staying here was the courtesy of the valet. Will Not Stay again for the money I spend the hotel could have been a little better.

Elevators didn’t work for the four days we were there. Towel racks in bathroom fell off walls, pool over crowded from people coming off beach, no compensation for my family in upper floors dealing with walking up 10 floors, water in lobby floors causing my daughter to fall hurt knee bleeding now infection again no compensation. We had 13 rooms lot if money was spent for this kind of treatment. Second thought about returning and we have been coming for years.

Had an amazing stay great hotel right on beach . Nice facilities pool etc. and good restaurant on site. Wasn't the most modern rooms. Bath room was great but furniture was tired looking and pretty unimpressive. Furniture on balcony could also be replaced. Tired and dirty looking. We needed sofa bed for our kids and it was also really bad. Kids ended up just sleeping on cushions on floor. It really was that bad. But if only two staying in room the king bed was great and if you see past tired furniture . You will have a great time at this hotel. I would definitely go back and hopefully there is new mattress on sofa bed .

It has everything you need on site from food to entertainment. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that the pool was very cold so the hot tub was always very crowded. Otherwise my kids and I very much enjoyed it.

Very clean and updated hotel. The Staff was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the dining options, and in house conveniences (marketplace store, indoor dining and lounge, and poolside dining with an ocean view. There are several fire pits for evenings at poolside and making s’mores (kits provided at the front desk), and a poolside tiki hut that serves Spirits. I gave 4 of 5 stars because my room’s phone did not work, and I reported it and waited for maintenance to show, but they never came. I was a bit annoyed, because I had a dog with me and needed to be present for maintenance. There is a slight inconvenience having to get on the elevator to floors 3 or 5 to access the ice machines. There is no microwave in the rooms, but there is one in the Marketplace store and one in the lobby. There are mini refrigerators in the rooms, and refillable bottles to access the water machines throughout the hotel. I stayed in a Cabana Rm (102) near the hot tub, and children were using it unsupervised as a baby pool. There’s no enforcement of the “Must be 17 y.o.” I also had to request Rm svc by 3pm, because they hadn’t been there. Someone did come within 30 mins. My stay was after the Spring break crowd, so the hotel was not crowded. I would absolutely stay again.

The one thing I hated was having to keep buying movies for my kids. If they are kid movies they should be free. Or buy a package deal. Or at least be able to rewatch the movie you bought during your stay. Thank you! Johnn Cressman

Our family of 6 stayed 5 nights and we will definitely be back to the Shores! It was a 5 star experience all around! Great for families!
