Dream Inn

I’ll start off with saying the staff was fine. And our room itself wasn’t terribly bad. With that being said, that’s where the good ended. Anywhere in or around the hotel had little to no reception. The first night there we couldn’t even get the TV to work. And the WiFi was non existent and we tried them all. But the most disheartening and frustrating is that NONE of the amenities were usable and it was not disclosed anywhere nor did the staff tell me before they took y card and charged my stay. No pool, no direct access to the beach couldn’t use the grills bc the grass hadn’t been cut and was almost shin deep. The kids were devastated bc they wanted to be able to hang out at the pool when they weren’t down on the beach. I also plan on contacting corporate to file a complaint there as well. This was completely unacceptable.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to a friend or family memeber. My room was hot both nights that I was there. there was not an option for me to turn off a light that was outside my door

This was one of my favorite places to stay with my family. After it change owners it has been terrible. After staying at this place so many time I can say after this past weekend I will never stay there. I had 6 rooms reserve. Didn’t honor the reservation we made. Gave us the wrong room, gave our nicest room to someone else. Check in was at 2. Didn’t get room till 5:00. It was bad. Grass was not cut. Pool looks poor. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at that.
