My brother and I were there for a family memorial and we check in our first day probably around 2-230 in the morning, so that was our first day stay. Second night we were done I asked the room be made up so that we can enjoy some towels and new bed linens and I stopped at the front desk to ask about it and the manager on duty told me no problem and sent our room number supposedly to the Housekeeping manager. At the end of the night after spending time with family and friends we got back to the room and absolutely nothing was done, no new towels, beds not made and then I was told when I called about it “well we only make the bed every three days.” It would’ve been nice to have known that when I was speaking to the manager and asked to have the room ready for when we got back.

The stay was good overall. The choice of TV channels did not include my top picks and the remote control is a mystery that remains unsolved. The shower is in a small bathtub - I had trouble imagining anyone except a child being able to get in and out of it. The grab handle for shower-takers is located on an outer margin of the tub and there's no grab rail inside where it's needed. Otherwise the room was fine.
