Addys Villas

Small quiet location. The cottage was perfect with plenty of space to spread out when rain kept us inside. Very clean, kitchen items all personally wrapped, and all things included to keep place neat during stay. Save money in eating in as Publix and Aldi are only a block away. Great grassy area and plenty of safe space for kids to run out their energy. 2bd cottage also included washer/dryer and private garage. Will definitely return and stay longer.

The property was so well manicured, and even though its off a busy road, it still felt so quiet and quaint. Our cottage was so warm and welcoming, and it was SO clean! There are so many different beaches and activities all super close to the villa. Our family had such a wonderful time staying there! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I was not happy with the service at Addys Villas at all. I booked online, a villa in which the description of the villa said it included a queeen bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. There was only one tv in the entire villa which was located in the living room. Upon trying to open the pull out couch, we discovered a lock on the couch. Super weird. I asked the front desk and they told me they dont unlock the couch for parties less than 6 people. When booking the villa, it didnt say anything about the amount of guests needed to unlock the damn pull out couch. I specifically rented that villa for the amount of sleeping arrangements i was looking for only to be told they wouldnt unlock the couch for less than 6 people. Never in my life have i seen a place put a padlock on a pullout couch. I showed the man at the desk my booking description which included the couch and he literally told me that wasnt his problem and then charged me another $90 because my kids were with me and apparently i only listed two adults when i booked online. Yet again, i booked an entire villa which was a two bedroom, two twin beds, queen bed and pull out couch. He decided to charge me $90 more dollars because apparently they charge per person and not per room/villa. I will never stay there again and i dont recommended this place to anyone. Your money will be better spent elsewhere with all the accommodations you pay for with out getting sassed and over charged by the staff. Never again.
