Stayed here one night with my family for an international early flight. It was super convenient to walk straight to the gates and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The kids loved that there was Netflix available and it was convenient to have dinner at the Skyy Grill which was perfect and the food was good for a quick dinner.

The hotel is dated, but clean and well kept. The rooms are very small, but met our needs. It was perfect for an overnight before a 5am flight. It would be fine for business travel. I would not consider it for an extended stay with a family. It is noisy. Anyone booking should have this expectation. You have the noise from the planes and ongoing construction .

Arriving late at night from a flight with children and being able to get right to sleep was a game changer. The breakfast was delicious too. Staff was kind and helpful!

I always love staying at your beautiful hotel the night before I fly to our family home in Jackson Hole. It's always so clean and nice and the staff is superb. We love the Sky Bar and the food is always incredible. I do think at $200 plus a night that wifi should be free, but that's my only complaint.

Late night flight in and didn't want to make the 2 hr drive home. We were thirsty and bought a drink from the desk before going to our room, but my child wanted milk, which wasnt available. The clerk on duty went out of his way to get some, didn't have to, could have bought and settled with juice. Everything was great. Can't complain about anything. The next morning my luggage was wheeled not just to where the parking garage begins, but because of construction he walked us all the way to our car!

Check in and staff was fine. The lobby and bathroom are the only things that looks nice. The hallways smelled musty and appear old and dirty. We left immediately in the morning to get out of there and didn’t check in until midnight! (That was not the plan) We may have slept on a box spring- the mattress was atrocious. Pillows were terrible. My back still hurts a day later. There was light coming through everywhere. Never really dark in the room. I was expecting a decent stay paying $328 a night with good ratings. It was convenient getting off a late flight with a toddler but would have slept better in a car or on blow up mattress.

Chose this hotel because of pool for the kids. Found out upon arrival the pool was closed for renovations. Then the cool looking rooftop restaurant is no longer in service but neither problems mentioned on the booking site but still charged $300 per night before taxes
