While the overall condition was fine, there were some things that stood out. Our room was seemingly clean overall, but I found hair in the bathroom towels that didn't belong to anyone in my family. There were some stains on the bedding for the roll out. There were spots in our room where the paint was chipped or peeling and looked shabby. Plus our mattress, while comfortable enough kept making me roll towards the center of the bed. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety.

Our family lives near this Hampton Inns location and we are grateful to have such a terrific hotel available when we cannot stay with them. It's clean, updated and the staff is nice. The breakfast is really good. It is an excellent choice for the price, location and amenities offered.

Room was much older than lobby ( not updated) bedding was old ( style from earlier years) bed was very hard nothing like other Hilton brand hotels we have stayed at. Air conditioning / heater wasn’t comfortable too hot or too cold no happy medium. Fridge was loud when running like old and ready to die! But the kicker was the outlet out in plain sight for small child to see and get hurt there was no outlet cover around the outlet (see photos) at 3 am I’m up trying to stop the toilet from running… the float chain was tangled and wouldn’t allow the water to fill the tank ! needless to say it was very disappointing and the cost was over $300 for the night ! I don’t mind paying more for a nice updated room but this was a total rip off !!!

Found a dirty napkin w food on it between headboard and mattress! Lots of baby ants! And empty toilet paper roll w no backup. Other than that nice comfortable beds and great breakfast!

A very roudy crowd on a Saturday night. In the evening there were large numbers of empty beer cans piled throughout the breakfast room. During the day unruly teenagers in the pool area running, throwing a football created a danger for the very small children walking around the pool. Parents did not intervene, simply continued to drink alcohol, oblivious. No hotel employees in sight. I think there was only one hotel employee at the front desk. Finally, I’ve stayed there numerous times, and I frequently find small charges later on my credit card bill. Time consuming to call the hotel later and resolve the charges.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I have family in the area, and staying here makes our stay comfortable and convenient. The 2 Queen beds and pull out sofa are perfect for our family. The hotel and rooms are always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only problem this recent stay was pool noise late at night. I think it was a group of soccer players making noise until midnight. Just when I thought of calling down to the front desk, they stopped. I'm not sure when the pool area closes on a Saturday night, but I think 11pm is plenty late enough. We will stay here again when plans bring us to the area.
