The hotel is clean on the outside and appears to be recently updated on the outside. The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom shower had mold around the drain and the bath faucet was falling off. Room service only comes every 3 days and for a family of 3 the trash piles up quickly and during a ball tournament you take baths each day and don’t reuse the towels. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast but found the coffee creamer to be spoiled and the coffee could have been better. Hotel is located in a very good area that is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Everything is nice and clean! Very family friendly with the pool. The shuttle to the airport is wonderful!

The 2 rooms we stayed in were very outdated, worn, and had a pungent smell. The stained and worn furniture was horrible. Our second morning I went into the washroom and killed roaches. Because of this we would not recommend to any friends or family members.The staff was friendly and helpful. For approximately 200.00 CAD per night this was not a Comfortable Stay.

The staff at this property were amazing, gave us early check-in i had exhausted kids. Bathroom had a leak they fixed and addressed right away. Early am grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. Great location for food, walmart, cracker barrel next door as well as a McDonald's. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable and nice pillows, we stayed in a family suite.

As a family with 2 kids under 3, we had a great stay on a comfortable bed with a great breakfast to start our day! We have stayed here every trip we make to Sanford and plan to keep coming back

It was a great comfortable stay. Plenty of breakfast food items in the morning, great and friendly staff. My children left happy when the front desk staff gave them rubber ducks and cookies after checking out. Loved it and will be back :)

Both the door handle to the room and to the connecting room were broken and literally falling off, the room was dirty with old food and cigar pieces on the ground, found baby flies in the bathroom and black stuff on the shower walls as well as a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Each night I slept there I grew sick during the night and was horribly congested. Once leaving the property for the day my symptoms would go away but reappear upon sleeping there the next night.
