We enjoyed the convenience to the airport and that it felt safe. But the hotel itself felt cheap, it wasn’t very clean when you really looked closely and upon leaving when I was checking the room to make sure the kids weren’t leaving anything, I found trash under the bed that did not belong to us 😕 the staff was very friendly though.

The lady at front desk not super friendly, ask for coffee and tea for the room had to cone down ourselves to get and seemed we where inconvenience them and not hair dryer in room amd 2 cockroaches crawling on walls .. but the rooms themselves where updated and modern amd clean. Price was cheaper when we got there but not compensated for difference as was through Expedia. Noisy could here kids screaming until 4 am. Not a great stay but nice decor and bed

I actually did not check in. The location was kid of sketchy and then someone came down to complain about his room being full of roaches. That did it. We stayed elsewhere.

It sickens me to even write this review but, I stayed at this hotel a few times and everyone is always smiling and friendly and I know they take to each other like family and keep that in mind “family”. So I booked a stay for about a week and I checked out the day before Thanksgiving and when I got to my destination I unpacked my bags and noticed that I left a item on the nightstand by the bed at the hotel no big deal right? I was wrong the item I left is expensive, and I would say if you have a kid they would love to have it. So I call the hotel and told the young lady that I have left the item in the room did the cleaning person turn it in up front for me? I get a big no! So the young lady told to call in the morning and the assistant manager will be there so I called the next morning and told that lady and she immediately took offense. She told me no it wasn’t anything left in the room and I must have mistaken put it somewhere else. It was at that moment I knew she is taking up for the cleaning person again they stick up for each other. If you have items that have value make sure you take it with you because these lady will do nothing to help resolve the issue.

Was looking for an affordable place to stay at the last minute and was traveling south for work with a family member. Found this place listed on hotels.com and decided to give it a chance despite some mediocre reviews. (I have stayed at some ESA properties before and haven't been impressed...) Was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and condition of the hotel, and the level of service offered by the staff. I will say I did find the location of the hotel to be a little odd.. as it was tucked away behind a Best buy without a whole lot of great signage, but it was easy enough to find on GPS. Bed was comfy, shower was clean, and stay was excellent!

I was a great experience. But they don’t have cribs available for infants. They need to improve on their family friendliness

This hotel was perfect great for families, food and shopping walking distance. Best I have stayed in awhile my new number 1 for sure. Also great for pets

This is the absolute worst hotel experience we have experienced in decades of traveling!! We will NEVER stay in this hotel or any other Extended Stay property ever again. We fled for my family’s safety at 10 pm through the fire stairway after my wife was surrounded and accosted by the front desk manager’s clan of henchmen. Police were called. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
