The hideaway couch should be thrown out. It was all springs. No trash can for kitchen. There was a green spot on ceiling above the bed. Looks like some kid threw their green blob there.

Was okay since my family was needing a place to stay for 1 night. Room is old needs updating. But has kitchen for family.

Starting with the good. We've stayed at this hotel quite often. The location is covienent surrounding the family. This last stay was the WORST ever!!! The bathroom floors were wet due to a leak. We called the front desk to notify them and was told they had no rooms available and could only offer extra towels for us to clean up the water, the room had a foul odor, hair was in the bed and on the bathroom floor, there was even a rubber duck underneath the bed, (which tells me the rooms aren't being thoroughly cleaned) they offer continental breakfast up to 10:00 am, we arrived before the time as was told that breakfast is over at 9:30 am. The day before I got a few things at 10:00 am, and the online site advertises 10:00 am. The front desk employee was not very pleasant and she was firm on they were closed. Even though we had our grandchildren only wanting a granola bar! After taking rhem to Cracker Barrel, which is right across the street from the hotel... I get a phone call about expediting my checkout. We rushed back to clear our things so we could leave and we received another phone call from the front desk now saying thay are now going to charge me a late check-out fee. At this point I'm beyond PISSED!!!! After being inconvenienced, dissatisfied, discussted, with everything we experienced.. I head downstairs to complain about our ENTIRE Experience. They were very nonchalant. But when I told the employee & manager about ALL of our experiences their attitudes changed!!!🙄

Quiet place, good for families

The hotel lobby was pristine. Our room was the opposite. The room was outdated and dirty! The sofa was peeling apart, stains all over the rug, dirty pillow cases were on the bed, the dresser in the room has smudges of god knows what all over the front of it, and the wall by the bed was dirty from peoples feet. They do not have dishes/pans in the room you have to request them specifically. The breakfast is not hot either it’s grab and go, the man at the front desk said granola bars/cereal/ muffins. The place was so gross I had to get a refund. The pictures used on this site ARE NOT pictures of this location so don’t be fooled. This hotel has a 2 star rating on google. I immediately got a refund and we left, I couldn’t have my kids sleeping in such a dirty place.

We had an unfortunate situation and everyone at this Extended Stay America are wonderful, amazing, welcoming, respectful, treated all of us like family. They all are truly the best. Thank you, Thank you,

Front of hotel looked brand new we were in back building which was older beds were a full not queen terrible and the tub almost fell no bars to hold onto and tub slick I put a towel in to stand on and not fall and rug was sticky in main area to walk on barefoot feet were dirty on bottom after being on it. I planned trip for 5 one 4 adults and one baby. The listing also said continental breakfast cone to find out it’s grab and go well we had a graduation to go to and wanted to eat than clean up than go. Did not work out that way than had to rush it made the day start not well and I feel it was pricey for what we received I would appreciate some value back thank you

I stay 2 weeks and was perfect for me and my family. I loved can return to home with my clothes clean. I didn't expect that the breakfast would be continental, very continental... But definitely would stay in again.

The check in experience (at 4am) consisted of a 1/2 debate of whether or not I had reservations and it was finally decided that I did in fact have a reservation after being told that my reservation was cancelled. Then the next 1/2 hour consisted of being provided the wrong room keys (after the 3 attempt of going to the 3rd floor on the elevator with 3 children). Breakfast choices consisted of 2 types of muffins, boiled eggs, 3 choices of oatmeal packets (Hot water provided no toppings but a sign that encouraged use of toppings) and finally 6 types of granola bars. This was the saddest Breakfast that I have EVER encountered. I was informed that the property explained the Breakfast “situation” to corporate, but was not provided other choices from corporate. Aside from the fact that my room was dirty and smelled of a strange pungent odor, it was quiet. The hallways needed vacuuming, but the mornin staff was understanding and kind in response to my concerns. I would not recommend this Hotel based on my experience, but if it’s just a grown up, trying to rest their head, you should be good to go there.

Great staff, clientele was strange. I guess extended stays are like this. I wouldn’t bring kids here. Rooms need updating. Breakfast is meager.
