All was great except the heat in the inside swimming pool room was way too hot. Complained but nothing done. Had to sit and sweat while watching family swim.

The hotel was ok, but we decided to go to a hotel with an indoor pool so we could swim and enjoy water time with the kids. The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing on any website said so. Also the room we were in had 2 tvs but one of those did not work and after the hostess came and tried to fix it the tv wouldn’t even turn on anymore. We were not offered any discount for our stay even after we told the desk person that the only reason we decided to stay at a hotel was for the pool. It was a very dissatisfying stay for us.
