Hotel Pensacola

Our room smelled like a crack heads had a party in there and haven’t showered for 2 weeks. I asked to be moved to a different room because of the horrible smell. I didn’t get a apology or anything . Instead I got “we have no more rooms available “. So I checked out immediately. I asked if I can be refunded being that I checked in 5 minutes after arrival do to the horrible smell that my family could not bare but no! I was told it was non refundable. My advice don’t say here. I don’t know how it has a 4 star rating.

I had a double bed room Beds were smaller than expected but we made it work Staff was friendly and the house keepers were really nice Pool was clean and a nice size for kids

This property is good value for your money. They have done some nice renovations and it is very clean. There are a few small things to be fixed like small holes around vents and things like that. For me, it was a place to rest my head but it is a good property for families with children as it has a new little pool and is affordable. The staff are very nice.

Fantastic Stay on June 7th! We selected this hotel having decided to drive from Houston, TX to Orlando, FL. The 15 hours drive (considering pit-stops) meant we had to overnight beyond midway through the road trip and Pensacola was the rest point. Reception was welcoming, pleasant staff, clean room, excellent WIFI and numerous amenities. The complimentary Breakfast was not the greatest with limited options but certainly not a deal breaker especially with IHOP, literally a few steps away. When traveling with 5 and 8 year old kids, keeping them entertained is always a challenge. The surroundings at this hotel hit is out of the park with Sam's Fun City and the Cinema at the back. You can literally walk to Go-Karting, Arcade, Water Park or Movie Theatre so lots of activities for family enjoyment. Only wish is we had stayed longer to enjoy! Kudos and extra special thanks to the hotel staff for their assistance when my son forgot his Amazon Fire Tablet in the room and we realized only after we were well on our way to Disney. I simply phoned them up and explained that we were too far along to turn back but would collect on our return drive a week later. They said not to worry and would be safely kept at the front desk. On June 15th, we stopped by and the excitement on my son's face on getting back his Tablet was like a kid on Christmas morning. We will definitely stay gain but this time for much longer! Irrefutably, a well-run & customer oriented establishment.
