Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola West I-10

Hotel was overbooked and had no room available for us after an 16 hour drive with a 3 month old baby. Apparently it was Expedia at fault according to staff. They did call around and found us a more expensive room elsewhere but failed to tell us there was no breakfast included either. Hotel we went to was not even a close comparison to what was booked.

We stayed at this hotel during a road trip, and it was very clean and the service was excellent. Our family of four was comfortable for the night. The only suggestion I have is that there should be more tables and/or luggage racks to accommodate guests’ luggage. The front desk manager was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Stayed one night traveling home with my hubby and kids. Did workout in gym. Breakfast was great! Front desk gal was awesome! Recommend a great Italian place for us to eat at and it was delicious!! Would go back!!

We got a king room on the second floor and when we got in, it only had a shower and we have a new born baby so we needed a tub. We called down and told them the issue and they told us there wasn’t any king size rooms with a tub available so the put us in a queen size room with a tub on the first floor. We were appreciative but as soon as we walked in the room, there was the worst smell. The AC didn’t properly work, the filter in the AC was so dirty, the tub was FILTHY- it was filled with hair and I wiped it out with Lysol wipes and it was BROWN. there was suspicious stains on all the walls and the pillows were THE WORST PILLOWS IVE EVER SLEPT ON IN MY LIFE. we stayed at this property at week prior and i had zero complaints so we were hopeful for a second go round but it was especially disappointing

Asia and the rest of the staff was great more especially Asia , she was very friendly and helpful and professional. Asia is a great employee of the Marriott family !

Great hotel. Staff was courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. I chose this hotel because breakfast was provided. Our family had children and that was important.

Our stay was amazing! The room was TRULY clean and most hotels are not nowadays! Unfortunately, we had traveled to attend a funeral but from the moment we walked into the hotel lobby me and my family were treated well and accommodated. The staff went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much because great customer service is a rarity now. Thank you Fairfield, without a doubt we will stay there anytime we are in the Pensacola area.
