7th floor balcony. Our view was breathtaking during sunrise looking out on the ocean. The only downside was the pool was closed but that was not the hotels fault. Florida is known for its destructive hurricanes. Tropic Suns Towers was working diligently to get their repairs made. Amazing stay we had there with our kids. Our room slept 6 so all 4 kids had a place to sleep for such an amazing price! Awesome job guys

This is a good property if you are ok with old amenities. But excels in customer service and all required appliances for a 1 bedroom apartment. Pros: Excellent location Quieter beach Service Family friendly with kids Cons: Old appliances Queen Bed is spring mattress Sofa mattress is very thin Cleanliness is just ok
