We stayed 1 night as a family of 5, following a Disney trip. Wanted to see the beach before heading home. They let us check in earlier which was HUGE. It was clean and kid friendly. Great location with beach access and a pool too. Would stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. I loved the kitchenette, and the ocean view. It’s family oriented, and the guests weren’t noisy. The beach is just a few steps away. Parking was cheap only $10/ night. Other hotels in central Florida charge about $25/ night plus a resort fee. No resort fee in this hotel.

The rooms were very large and very clean. Unfortunately, we were told we were going to be on the fourth floor and when we arrived, we were on the second floor with a balcony that overlooked the pool. We couldn’t keep our windows open because people could see right into our room. If we wanted to sit out on the balcony, we were 5 feet from screaming children. Was not the romantic getaway that I hoped for for my husband’s birthday. When I asked to change accommodations, there was nothing available and they could only move us the following day after we were already unpacked. We would set the air conditioning to go to bed at 70 and in the middle of the night we would wake up sweating because it was 78 in our room that was consistent for both nights we were there. There is no on site food (aside from breakfast), restaurant or bar service, which was also disappointing.

Having stayed at several hotels on A1A over the years, Home2 Suites has proven to be FAR better than all others for the price per night. We had an excellent family stay and will highly recommend to others. Great beds, great rooms, great service!!

Why this place is a two star place is beyond me. It was very clean, and practically brand new. The breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Waffles were delicious. The pool area was very clean and new looking. The fire at night is especially nice by the ocean. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend it for families.

We had a great time here. The hotel is right on the beach and the pool was great for the kids. Check in was easy and smooth and the receptionist who checked us in offered our kids ice pops as we had been in the car for several hours. Breakfast was great and service was great. I have no complaints and we will likely be back.
