Coral Sands Inn

Amazing place. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Neat, clean, peaceful, beautiful view of the ocean. Everything well kept and accommodating. Fantastic value. Great place for the family without braking the bank. This is my new go too in the Ormond, Daytona Beach area!

Four of us (wife and two kids) stayed two nights over the weekend. Great ocean view as its right on the beach and clean good sized pool. Picnic tables and plenty of parking. I recommend this place!

This was our 2nd year staying here. It’s such a great place for a quick trip or week long. We love the family atmosphere.

We loved our stay and ocean view. Our housekeeper Miss Michale made the trip the most pleasant , she was attentive and so nice to us and our kids. She gave us good advice on food options and we ended up having all you can eat crab legs just 11 miles away for way cheaper than the local advertised crab legs. She was a joy to talk to everyday and I hope management recognizes her. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented two rooms for our adult children and their families. They had a terrific view of the beach and ocean. Parking was good. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Seems like a remodel has happened not too long ago. Our family has been using Coral Sands for years and have never been disappointed.

We had friends & family all staying on the 5th floor and they accommodated us by changing our room to the 5th floor. So we were all together :)

Great location overlooking beach. Some lovely restaurants nearby Lottis bbq was excellent. Publix and 7up within a mile for provisions. Room was spotlessly clean and beds/pillows/sheets super comfortable. Kitchen with table/chairs for 2, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee pot with dishes/utensils etc. (no saucepans) for 4. Ironing board/iron, took our own kettle as we like tea. Plenty of storage space. Pool was small but lovely with loungers (no umbrellas) but tables/chairs with umbrellas for shade. There was a disability pool chair which I saw someone use and staff were on hand to assist. It was great to see the gentleman enjoying time in the pool with his family. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

So much better than the touristy area down by Daytona. Skip the crowds and beach with cars driving on it. This is like old Florida. Quieter, safe, family owned restaurants and the beach just steps from your room. Pool area is nice. We liked the ambience of the tiki torches around the property at night. I would definitely come stay again. My two children said this was a great vacation spot.

My family and I spent two nights at the hotel recently. Overall, it’s a quaint motel, no frills, clean, friendly staff at check-in. On our second night, the fire alarm went off five times between 1 AM and 9 AM. I requested a refund for that night and was denied, they did not even offer an apology.
