Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort

This resort was awesome! We loved the infinity pool and easy access to the beach! The entire staff was friendly and eager to assist us. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (early), but they gave us access to the resort while we waited for our room. Our room was ready before 4, so we were able to check in and get the family vacation going. The partial ocean view had more ocean view than I expected and was super comfortable for the 4 of us. There was plenty of food close to the resort and the on property restaurant was delicious. Even the food we ordered poolside was great! Also, got to make some really cool Dolphins/Starfish plaster sand sculptures in the pool area with Magic Milk Island Art! So much fun and it was free! Loved this resort and will be returning!

When we got there the woman at the front desk said we were in the wrong location and tried to send us to another hotel. The valet guys said she was incorrect and sent us back up so it wasn’t a good start going back and forth with two kiddos and luggage. Upon returning to the desk, she explained we weren’t in her system even though I had an itinerary number. She wasn’t friendly at all and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She barely even apologized for her mistake. After all the hassle, think they’d put us in a good room… nope, we were on the 26 floor right by the elevator that made loud noises all night. The room service was over an hour wait so we went downstairs and spent $100 on terrible food. Burnt quesadillas and tasteless pizza not to mention we paid extra for truffle fries and didn’t even get any!! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were semi comfy but all in all, we expected much more, especially on the service side, paying almost $400 a night!

The hotel was very nice, came with my family and the staff was very nice. The room We had was on the top floor and the view was beautiful.. the room was very clean which is on the top of the list for us. Definitely recommend it.

Absolutely perfect ! My husband and I stayed for 3 days , I wish it had been longer.I cannot say enough nice things about the staff , everyone was so nice and made our stay so pleasant. The pool area is gorgeous and has easy access to beach. The restaurant was lovely and the food was wonderful. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family .

Not family friendly. Some staff members are great, many others are not very friendly. The city immediately surrounding the hotel is for the wild crowd, not family friendly and doesn’t feel safe. The ocean views are beautiful. The rooms are bare bones, no towel racks, only a few towels and pillows, AC is loud, bathroom fan loud. This place is not four star imo.

Me and my family love this hotel! We've been a few times but this past weekend me and my fiance celebrated our 20year anniversary without the kids and it was perfect! Friday night bartender Emily was amazing! She makes great drinks and knows very well how to interact with people. Joel was also another bartender that was very well on point and interacted so good with all guests. Overall i had a 10 star experience with all employees from valet,guest service,pool service,restaurant,etc.. All the guests were also so nice and enjoying themselves just as much as us. Great weekend for our much needed staycation. We will be back soon for summer.

Very nice stay, family friendly and oriented. Great staff, also very accessible to many things to do in the area.

They don’t tell you when you valet that it will be $68 for one night. Everywhere we went smelled of marijuana, we couldn’t keep the patio doors open because of the smell. The pool area was worse as several people were smoking. Not an environment for young kids at the pool between the pda and smoking in the pool area. The hotel has a lot of potential but the guest staying there and the unexpected valet charge ruined the stay. It’s not a luxury hotel but they tried their best to make it look that way on a budget to keep cost down.

Everything about this resort was amazing.. the food the drinks the cleanliness how luxurious it is the rooms are big and clean and the view was the best!!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and because of all of this… my family and I will be definitely be coming back.
