All was great except the check in process. Did not give us our room number, wi-fi password and breakfast info and when we asked for it, it seems like it was asking for a lot…..meanwhile check in took forever, they need identification for every person staying in the room, including children!???? Never seen a check in like this where you are requested unexpected things and not provided with the essentials/usual things like your room number. Oh, and we could only get one key for the three of us? But hotel is new, clean and fairly quiet. Located right off I-95, restaurants within walking distance, gas stations.

The property is advertised as “Breakfast Included” to our surprise in the morning there’s NO breakfast just coffee and snacks. We and four other families part of a youth baseball team stayed here and one of the primary reasons we picked this hotel was the breakfast. They even had a sign on the counter that said breakfast hours and the next morning after we complained the sign was gone.

Not the greatest stay. Came to stay during a family emergency and normally the rates are $120. I was charged $350 a night which is far far to high. The hot water was Luke warm at best. The bathroom wasn't cleaned (there was hair in the shower I had to clean out myself), bugs on the bed. Clear pest problem, the stove top was dirty , toilet barely flushed (had to flush several times) and there was alot of noise throughout that prevented a good night's sleep. If you get the normal rate of $120 then it would be a negligible series of complaints and you could say you get what you pay for I guess. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for a fraction of the price. I was highly disappointed. I personally will not be a returning customer to any extended stay America again.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were greeted immediately upon walking in. The room was very clean, and the location is perfect. If we stayed longer than a day, we likely would have used the kitchen. Although the breakfast is limited, it is sufficient. The staff is extremely accommodating and very friendly. Many parking spaces, and very close to i95, stores, restaurants, etc. It is more than perfect for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

I traveled with my pet and two children. The room was very clean and I liked that there was no carpet in the room. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed with our kids and larger dogs. The hotel was super clean. It was quiet.The staff was very nice. Their food recommendations were fantastic. We knew it wasn't on the beach, BUT it is just a few minutes down the road. We are so thankful for a great experience on our vacation. We stayed for 3 days. They were very accommodating when we requested to check in early as well. Just an all around great stay. Thank you so much to the staff. We will definitely be staying there next time!!

The hotel is in excellent condition, everything is new and very clean. The reception and customer service very friendly. We decided to stay to celebrate Father's Day weekend and give my husband a quiet and relaxed stay. It turns out that it was the least that we had, thanks to the tenants on the second floor next door who decided to have a tremendous party with kareoke, music, and shouting until dawn. I understand that everyone pays for their stay but some of us come to relax and with children who need to rest and it is a lack of consideration. From the front desk they went to call their attention on two occasions and in our room the disrespect of the tenant to the staff was heard, and they ignored the advice. He was drunk and even told them to call the police that he was paying for that. It is a place with a lot of potential, well located and very clean, but it is a shame that inconsiderate people stay and there is no policy that supports other people who stay in the place. Looks like we were staying on a skid road.

Scott that works in the front desk was amazing. He helped my family and I when the room we needed wasn’t available. He provided accommodations that were beyond my expectations. This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better last min stay.

Booked room for 3 people. The front staff were not professional, even slightly rude. Went to room on 4th floor, only 2 towels, nothing in the kitchenette to use at all - thought that was strange. Called for a third towel and was told they’d try to get someone to get me one… um what?… received the towel about 20 mins later. No complaints in that part. Went to leave the next morning and elevator is out of order. Had to take 4 flights of stairs 3 times with bags and a toddler. And waited in line for 20 mins for someone to check us out. There was already a line and no one knew where the front desk person was, the internet was horrible and wouldn’t connect to refund our deposit so that took forever. I was not at all impressed staying.

Arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm after a long drive with family. The first thing I noticed was that the front desk clerk did not wear mask. She made us wait 20+ mins to check in before handing over the key. She kept giving different excuses and went back and forth to talk to other hotel staff on the side. When we finally arrived in our room, we saw two staffs busy cleaning/making the room. It quickly became apparent that the room was not ready and the front desk clerk was simply lying and stalling. When I went back and said to the front desk person that the room should have been cleaned and sanitized long before, she gave a deer in the headlight look as if it should not be a concern. It was midnight and we were tired, so we ended up staying by bringing our own bedding and clorox wipes from car. In short, covid safety practice is a joke at this place, and there is a long list of things that suggest poor management. STAY AWAY from this location.
