If I could I would give it an excellent 10 star in everything! The clean room and all its facilities were there for 5 days and we were comfortable without any disturbances or noise! My children really enjoyed the pool area. I would definitely stay at this place again, highly recommended.

Had a wonderfil time with my family. The room was very cleam and they looked like new. The staff was always with a smile and very nice.

The fire alarm randomly went off at midnight and I had to go to front desk and wait 20 minutes before I got another room to transfer my family over.

Checked in was at 3pm, I had my kids with me and they didn’t give us a room until 6pm. After driving 4hrs to get there with little kids, it’s horrible having to wait almost 4hrs to get a room. Breakfast was horrible, not enough selections. No meat, no eggs, no bagels, no muffin

When we got to the hotel we could not check in we had to wait and tell three on the dot. There were alot of people waiting as well . We had a family emergency and I needed a key card for my cousins kids to get in and out of their room. I tried to get one and the guy at front desk was not helpful at all. Overall my experience with front desk was absolutely terrible.

CONS: Everything that looks like it was once broken was terribly put back together. The door to our suit would not close, goop liquid oozed from the button to flush the toilet, The toilet roll holder on the wall was loose and poorly refixed, we had a roach crawl out of the kitchen sink upon arrival before we even settled. PROS: The staff offered to re-room us or check us out and spray the room we were in. The stay was good other than the cons, it was quiet but full of families, breakfast was decent, the location was around great places to eat and about 15-20 mins from the beach.

I WANTED to go stay here instead of other properties available. Staff was so great. Downside Garbage overflowing/ Gym closed. BIGGEST FLAG my family said and walked right though people smoking guess what in front of property. Not great I do not care what anyone does NOT right where family’s check in and has to walk through. BTW my son has asthma so not great. The property is not the nice property I once knew.

We are call before one day early check inn some say call on morning and we call again on the morning that come 3 pm check inn time we go 3pm they give 1 room and other 2 room they us around 5 pm so service is not good we will call to many time not a positive response from no one and our toilet is overflow when go ask for plunger front desk say wait until 8:30 I ask I just need Plunger I can do my self we told three times then some one come 7:30 then do it very poor service we spend more money stay comfort Our family not this hotel is not worth it for what I spend my money thank you I hope They will response soon for my massege thanks you
