The hotel was poorly managed. There was to many people outside drinking on the driveway of the hotel. The hotel staff let a lot of minors into the gym and play on the treadmills. Also my room ac unit was leaking water on the floor. Also i dont really recommend these rooms for a bigger family due to very little privacy from the bathroom.

Check in process was not as smooth as I had anticipated. We booked adjoining rooms but did not get it and was told not available. I had my kids with me and they had to stay on floor above me. I wasn’t happy.

The stay was great. Just the parking was full but it’s was ok . The only thing when you stand outside there was a small of gas . But other than that it’s was amazing. It’s a must do again . Me and my family are very happy.

It was a 1 star right from the beginning. Terrible front desk clerks as they are always on their phones and doing everything other than attending to their guests. We walked onto the 4th floor with a terrible sewerage smell and the room was even worse. There was no trash can in the room and no trash bag , no tissue. We were told that hotel doesn’t provide tissues (don’t know why a tissue box holder is there?) we were here 3 nights and despite asking for towels, nothing was provided and we checked out the next day without taking a shower. Never staying at this garbage again and will advise against it to all my family and friends.
