Great location for business meetings or family trips. Clean and comfortable.

This is our second time staying here and let me say this will be our go to hotel for our family trips. Love that it is located near shopping, food and attractions. Staff members are wonderful and super helpful and friendly.

Room was very clean and nice overall size. Only minor issue, the AC was a little loud for my toddler.

Expedia's website says free theme park shuttles--these DO NOT exist. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that a shuttle wasn't available. When I booked it also said an airport shuttle was available and there wasn't one of those either. Parking at the hotel is $29 and is tricky to figure out. My room was pretty and I had a nice view of the city. I saw a senior prom in the evening and the kids were all adorable and having such a good time. No noise upstairs from their festivities. However, there was a Trump rally in the hotel when I arrived and I had to walk past those folks and the right to life people too. I think this should have been disclosed somehow, when I was booking or checking in or something. No one wants to be around the Trump crowd. Be ready for a $25 per person charge for "incidentals". This charge still hasn't disappeared from my bill. Maybe another day or two. Not a bad location--there are a lot of things within walking distance. And luckily there is a Walgreens just next door. But the theme parks are a long drive and without a shuttle, this one is a no from me.

Loved the big entrance and pool area and prompt courteous, professional service yet such a family friendly and affordable stay! Only wish was heated pools. But really it was overall wonderful!

The events planned at the hotel did not mix well. A cheerleading group, a volleyball group, a high school prom, fraternity/seniority reunion, and a formal event that was adults. Those in formalwear had navigate around children running around. I watched a group of children run into a woman and step on her formal dress. The common areas were filled with so many people, it was hard to walk through at times. On our day of check out, I watched as hundreds of people were checking out. Yet we could not get a one hour delay check out for only one of our rooms. We had a room occupied sign, and the privacy button pushed on the door, yeah, housekeeping still knocked on both of our rooms at 9am and woke us all up, after a very late night. Valet parking was filled when we checked in and came back two other times. On the day of check out, when I called for a luggage cart, I was told it be a one hour wait and we were not allowed to get our own luggage cart. This caused us to make numerous trips to our car. Overall, all the small issues made the whole experience not pleasant.

Property was nice. Busy, crowded weekend. Wish the pool had more for kids. But it is a clean and safe hotel.

Wonderful place for families

My daughter-in-law's conference meetings were at the Rosen Centre for 2 days. I went over to be with family because we don’t live close to each other. I wanted to see my family and help my son take care of our 2 young grandsons . Since , I got there earlier in the day , I asked Tyler, who checked me in , to please put me very close to my son’s room , since my husband didn’t come with me . Because of work , our son and his family wouldn’t be able to come until after 9:00 P.M. Tyler made a note of it and they put us 2 doors away from each other on the 26th floor. I was thrilled! 😄👍
