All in all good, but definitely needs attention to the rooms, dryer didn’t work, lots of greasy finger spots on headboards, empty lotion bottle and shampoo, slow service, used soap bar in one of the tissue boxes. I would stay again, overall family enjoyed the stay just rooms need work.

It was close and the children loved it

Likes Great location for Seaworld and surrounding area. Plenty of restaurant options on your doorstep also. Great pool and activities for kids too. Only thing I didnt like was the cleaner ringing my doorbell at 9:45 when checkout is 10am. Minor thing but annoying none the less.

I did not like my stay at this property. The person checking me in was training. But the person training him was also lost in handling my prepaid hotel stay. If you will train someone during 4pm check in times have the trainer know what they are doing so that they both do not look lost. While at the location i had the building that was the fasthest from the main pools. They were aware i came in with 3 kids. I rented two king beds with a pullout couch. And i got 1 king bed with two queen beds. One of the queen beds were very itchy which made me believe it had bed bugs. The diner table light was flashing as if replacement was very much needed. They offered a "presentation" which i imagine is for a timeshare. Who would want to own a timeshare with "Hilton" if this is the kind of service you will receive. Not me.

Great location for a family vacation!

Love this property! The pools are fun and the room was clean and cozy. Fun for adults and kids too!

This is a great family property. Clean and well managed. All staff, especially the fun team and the cleaning team were exceptional. It was a very mixed crowd here, a lot of kids, and everyone was smiling.

We had to move rooms at 1:00am due to a horrible smell coming from next door. The staff that handled this was excellent however that was the only plus. Bed was horrible and room was less than expected. My husband is 6’3” and the bathroom vanity was made for a child. We went to the hot tub at 9:00 pm and there were no towels available. Everyone was complaining about towels and we waited over 30 mins before they were delivered. The elevators were very dirty as was most corridors. Just not impressed whatsoever. Have stayed at other vacation clubs plenty and never received this kind of service.
