The good: nice room, big bathtub, comfortable bed, in house restaurant (Coral Reef) is good but over priced. The bad: wasn’t given the room promised at the front desk, trash found in room at check in, the credenza that the living room tv was unstable and the tv almost crushed my child, the handle on the shower door came off, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all so high my 6 year old couldn’t even reach them so I had to help her bathe. Over all a decent hotel and pools were nice if not overcrowded. In a pinch it will work.

We have stayed here before and plan to stay again on our next trip to FL. Having a separate bedroom and full living room, dining room & kitchen is great for our family. The couch pulls out in the living room and there is a stackable washer/dryer too, The 2 issues we had this visit was the early morning construction noise & view of dirt at the back of the property. The 2nd issue was the text message service. I have always liked that we can send a text to ask for more towels or a ride on the golf cart to & from the pool since this is a large property. But this visit the text service response time was very poor. Our first night we didn’t realize the couch didn’t have sheets in the closet. Only a blanket & pillows. I texted a request at 9:37 pm & after a second text an hour later, we didn’t receive the sheets until 11:49 pm! After a long day of travel it was disappointing to have to make my special needs son stay up until midnight waiting for sheets. We also waited a minimum of 10-15 minutes for a text response this trip. It used to be within minutes. Also texting for a golf cart took forever for a reply & for pick up most days. We waited 45 minutes & finally got in line & asked the front desk to call because we were waiting in wet bathing suits to go back to the room & had heavy bags wi/ water, pool toys etc & were staying in the far back. Despite our issues, we plan to stay here again since these issues never happened b4 & we hope it was just an off week.

This was a perfect location to stay. The whole resort was kept so clean and the staff were all so helpful and friendly we will definitely be back and recommend the property to other people. Thankyou from the Mattson family

During our stay the property was repaving the parking lot and did not have enough parking for all guests. Multiple nights my family left the Disney parks early to make sure we could find parking. Also, the a/c in the units do not cool. We were in one room and the a/c would not cool the room at all so they moved us and the new room a/c worked a little better but not much. Also, we were put in an adjoining room and was not informed about that so the people next to us were super loud and when they cooked food in their room the smell stunk up our room. When we tried to explain issues the staff which was the supervisor would argue with us and when we asked for a supervisor above them they became a different person.

Overall our stay was really nice! Our room was spacious enough for two people (studio) and was in a corner so there was not really any noise to be heard from neighbors or people outside. One thing is that I wish the bathroom in the room was a bit more cleanly. The floor looked like it needed a good scrub vs mop. Also, the property only does housekeeping if you’re staying 5 nights? Maybe to reduce on staffing costs but we stayed 3 nights and it would be nice for them to come at least once. Another thing that was slightly frustrating is that the front desk didn’t mention the lots would be paved upon check-in. We were told that we could park in the lot by our building and when we got there, the lot was closed off due to paving/work. First it was our building lot, followed by the next one and so forth. This caused a lot of commotion because people didn’t know where to park at first and then some were making their own spots. Luckily we didn’t mind walking from the other side of the resort to our building but I can see this being a bigger issue for people with small children or elderly folks. Again, we had a really nice stay at this resort overall! It was just minor things that came up.

Checking in the staff was so friendly and wonderful. We had an unfortunate experience when trying to get our luggage. We had dropped it off early before check in because we were going to a theme park. When we came back, the person checking us in said they would call the bell hop so we could get our stuff from them. My daughter’s medicine was in there and she really needed to take it. We stood at the luggage counter for about 5 minutes and no one came. We decided to go to our room and call for our luggage. It took two phone calls and almost a hour later they brought our luggage. The room was beautiful, huge, and very clean. I loved the room and the screened in patio we got. We decided to grab dinner at the restaurant on site. All I can say is don’t do that!!!! We spent $75 on a burger with fries, nachos, a kids Mac n cheese, and two drinks. The burger was pretty good even though the toppings were skimpy. The nachos were disgusting and it took almost a hour to get the food (my husband had to sit there and wait for it). Overall I would stay there again. I just would hold onto my luggage and not eat there.

If a family is on a very strict and limited budget you can't beat this property. It's location is prime. If on the other hand you are without children and seeking a couple's get away to a CLEAN and updated proerty, this is not for you. All properties have buyers and not all people care about cleanliness.

Nice pools although they don’t have transition area it’s either deep or small pool for small kids. Kids activities is for charge $$. We only loved the playground area. If you have older kids - 10 and above they will enjoy the pool, but for small kids it’s on poorer side especially after trying other locations that offer free kids activities. Will try again in 6 years
