The Delaney Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times over the past 2 years. After the first year, one of the owners recognized that I was a return customer and upgraded my room! I feel like family

It was definitely more of an upscale hotel. Not for staying with kids. Immaculate and quiet. Right across from hospital.

Pros: -plush, very comfortable bed - quiet -great bathroom with amazing waterfall shower and dual sinks -Roku device with tv so can watch streaming services -pretty close to main Orlando theme parks -parking close and short walk to hotel -they asked what time want room service to come so could have them come not too early as wanted Cons: -no pool -lighting in room a bit dim -food options not great for kids (room service but tavern restaurant has way too fancy food, just wanted basic options) -no vending machine on floor. Though have a nice water and ice station on second floor by nice little fitness room Overall great value for the cost. If had a pool and better food options would have been even better.

We came to this hotel based on purely reviews. Although I have nothing bad to say, just pointers. If you have kids under 12, this hotel is just in and out. Rooms are small for kids to roam around. Hotel is away from main attractions/restaurants and is located in downtown. (not hotel's fault) This hotel is better suited for business travelers. We were the only guests with little kids. The owner does have all bases covered and the iPad in the room makes amenities easier to perform. Hotel street is under construction and removes the beauty, makes you feel you are in Hunts Point, NY; I am sure this will go away in months after this review. I had zero issues. Will not be my first choice in the future, but if we come alone as a couple, I will make this my place.

Presently the roads just outside the hotel are being worked on which made it a bit difficult to get to the parking garage. Not the Hotels fault just thought it was worth mentioning. The hotel it's self is very nice. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very modern looking. My family and I all agreed though the sliding Barn Door for the bathroom was not ideal since you could see into the bathroom from the hallway as well as see out. We had planned on eating at the restaurant inside the hotel but the prices were on the high end of the scale so unfortunately we did not get to try out what looked to be five star meals. Overall though I was happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants the 5 star experience.

Beautiful small boutique hotel! We stayed here given its proximity to the Arnold Palmer Hospital for our child’s surgery. Staff was very nice and the room was spacious and spotless. We had some drinks at the bar downstairs, the margaritas were great!

We discovered the Delaney hotel and were very happy to spend two nights on a visit to family. Good food, nice breakfast and clean room makes you happy, but when on top the service is good and the people smiling, it is even better !
