Upon arrival we found that the only option for parking was paying $33/night to the valet. No one helped us unload our bags and we were only able to locate a tiny luggage cart because none of the other carts had been retrieved or returned to the lobby. Upon my request staff initiated buzzers on all the league carts to alert guests to Requena then, but none came. We brought a large amount of luggage and items with us because we have two chronically ill family members. Front desk staff gave no info about the included breakfast only said it was breakfast sandwiches so we didn’t bother because my family has many dietary restrictions. Hotel and rooms were very clean, great job housekeeping staff! Needed to reach the front desk several times over the course of our stay and were met with a busy signal when using the room phone and no one answered when I called from my cell phone. The beds were so hard my back and hips hurt and I couldn’t sleep. The “heated “ pool/spa was a joke- barely bigger than the pool at my house and only 3 feet deep. 72 degrees is not a comfortable temperature to swim. Valet didn’t pull our car back around upon departure, just gave us the keys and gestured to the car. The minimum allowable tip through their app was $5 and then I was also charged a processing fee.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was clean and everyone was helpful and polite. I had no issues other than the pool was down for construction. I did select this hotel due to its location, pool and breakfast this is big deal when you have younger kids they don't want to be cooped up in a hotel room for hours.

Check in staff was super friendly. We were in town for my grandson's first communion. The staff said congratulations and even gave him a little treat. Breakfast was good and filled us up. We had dinner in the hotel 1 night bartender was great even with a hangry toddler. Check out was smooth and fast. Will stay again. Loved how needed room key to access elevator.

This hotel was very nice! Our room was clean, they provided a mini kitchen with utensils and even things to clean like sponge and dish soap. The area was nice and quiet, and walkable to the main downtown area. Restaurants and Bars are about a 10 min walk. The gentleman who checked us in took great care of us. The hotel is not too far from Universal, would stay here if you want to get away from the crowd of families near Universal. I would stay here again!

Only had valet parking 26 dollars and they were under staffed 1 person for a weekend, so we had to wait in the main road :-( got to our room went into bath room and a washer fell off the barn door for the bathroom than another piece fell off door wouldn’t stay closed. Called and reported repair person never came:-( we had a toddler with us not good. Front desk person today was very apologetic about it and did take care of the parking and took care of our breakfast at the main dinner we didn’t have to go to the free breakfast place. This hotel was very under staffed if would have been better to go to the other place to eat. Very sad for a Hilton.
