Comfort Suites Downtown

The hotel was nice, staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a GREAT spread. During our two night stay the fire alarms went off at least three times our first morning in what seemed like an accident, and the morning of check out the alarms went off again but because of the multiple false alarms the day prior, my children and I were not sure if it was a real alarm or not. The power also briefly went out, but staff was quick to address the people stuck in the elevator and respond to the issue. We had planned on swimming the morning we left but due to all the chaos, decided to leave early instead. I’m assuming it was a fluke occurrence and not a regular thing so it didn’t affect my rating. Our ac unit did struggle to keep the room cool but really it was a decent room with decent accommodations and friendly service.

It was convenient while visiting my family in the hospital

Staff at check in and check out was super friendly made everything super easy. The hotel was clean and perfect for a family to stay for the night (would have been an excellent choice for multiple nights as well). Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage and dollar sized pancakes, with other extras such as fruit, yogurt, toast and fritters. It was quiet and the fridge/freezer combo (mini) microwave worked (a feat in itself for some places). 10/10 would stay again on our next medical trip to the hospital.

I spent 1 night with my family and everything was excellent, comfortable beds, very good cleaning, very friendly staff and good breakfast.

We were there for our Granddaughter was having a baby. It was also very quiet, the breakfast was good, the people at the desk were very friendly. It is an older hotel but is kept up nicely.

We went for the free breakfast buffet. The coffee machine was out of order. No backup! - are you kidding? The juice machine was also out of order! Again, are you kidding? So we only had water with our breakfast. Oh, and the scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs - more like scrambled tissue.

Overall a great stay for the price. The lady at the front desk (I wish I would have gotten her name) was absolutely amazing. We only stayed 2 nights, but housekeeping still came around, which with a family of 5 is great. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The only cons I have is the pool is located right out front where anyone walking by can see and the pillows were not that comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
