The hotel itself is not bad, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand needs attention. The carpets are old, full of stains, the nightstand lamp had so much dust in it, the room chair was so dirty full of stains as well. Room size is great for family of 5.

First off they charge 16 dollars a day for parking which is a rip off and I was not told till I traveled to the hotel. Then the ceiling was cracked in two places and water damaged. The carpet was old and frayed and filthy. The chairs were nasty and old as was the desk. The toilet was not level and sideways, the seat was crooked, the toilet was for a child it was small and the water kept running in it. the shower head would not move and was tightened down. They are taking advantage of people who need to be at the hospital across the street. They charge 4 dollars for a 16 ounce bottle of coke-4 DOLLARS! I ended up spending over 410.00 dollars for basically a day and a half(2 nights checked in at 4pm on the 2nd so that day was gone), AWFUL! I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone-RIP OFF! And that part of Orlando has completley fallen apart, homeless people sleeping in front of the 7-11, the roads are all torn up and have been for years, they havent fixed them and have gotten worse. I was born in Orlando and they have trashed the city in less than 8 years, very sad.

We have a family member in ICU at the medical center. The hotel staff has gone above and beyond in every way imaginable. Their kindness and empathy has been wonderful. The location is steps away from the hospital which has been very helpful when we’ve needed to meet with our medical team in the middle of the night. Staying here has alleviated so much of our stress. We are grateful.

Hotel check-in was horrible! Check-in time was listed at 3 pm. We arrived at 4 pm with the thought that we would check in, get changed in our room, and head out for dinner before our 7 pm show. We were told that our room wasn’t ready yet, but to wait 10 minutes and it should be good to go. We had to wait 45 minutes, and watched as others were able to check into their rooms before us. Because of the delay, my wife and I were unable to make it to dinner, as everything was too crowded. Because of the kids, and our busy schedules, we may only have an opportunity like this once a year, and our night was off to a disappointing start

We had a great overnight stay while in town for an Orlando City Soccer Game. We arrived earlier than expected and had no issues checking in right away. The room's furniture was a bit worn and stained (two chairs), but the beds were very clean and comfortable. The lobby and common areas were decorated with adorable fall decorations that gave a cozy feeling. The kids loved the pool and the great breakfast offerings, which were better than most other comparable hotels (mmm, even seasonal pumpkin spice waffle batter). Maria at breakfast was so helpful and sweet. Parking was $15.98 with tax on-site. We didn't attempt to walk all the way to Exploria Stadium, as our children are young, but as adults it definitely would have been walkable. We would definitely stay again.
