Best Western Navarre Waterfront

It was a normak double bed hotel room, no complaints, room was clean, employees were nice. The location is convenient with activities for kids close by (walking distance) no problems what so ever.

I have never felt more at home at a hotel in my entire life! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, we were treated like family. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and kind. Breakfast is always fresh and hot and there were many options for all kinds of diets. The pool is open from 8am-11pm, which made it convenient to swim at all times of the day, and is SUPER CLEAN!! I don’t think I saw any trash or even leaves in the water the entire week we were there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and the sound and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony just taking in the scenery. The property is on the waterfront of the Santa Rosa Sound and we enjoyed lounging on the water’s edge at night. Parking is free and super easy to access. I met several families who said this was their second or third stay at this Best Western and that told me all I needed to know about the hotel. I am literally already planning our next visit to Navarre and plan on staying here again.

It was a nice, quiet, family friendly facility with a laid back atmosphere. Very affordable for such a wonderful place!

Great short stay with the family. Left a precious toy behind and that found it and held it for relatives to collect and post back. Nice spot by the beach

We will not stay at a Best Western ever again. Here are the reasons why: overall the “hotel” needs a major facelift. It is outdated. The doors are on the outside which cause teens or children to pound on your door and run away. The beds are not queen sized beds. They are smaller than that. The room is overall very small. In order to turn on a lamp (to charge your phone), you have to turn on a light switch that is over by the door. We did not know that or we were told that you had to turn on the light switch to turn on a lamp. We found that odd and old school. The restroom is very small. There were some areas of the restroom’s ceiling that were obviously painted. There wasn’t a blow dryer in the room which is extremely common in actual hotels. The elevator was disgusting. It smelled odd and it had no AC. Since the “hotel” is behind the beach, one would assume that the premises would have an area to rinse off your feet. It does not. We expected a lot more for $250 per night. It was quite embarrassing to have stayed at a “hotel” such as this one.

They overnight stay was good and comfortable. Beds and room was clean. Great view around the grounds too. Only complaints we had were that the carpet could use a steam cleaning. It was vacuumed but still dirty. There's not nearly enough seating for the warm breakfast (a plus) and back of the bathroom door needs painted too. We didn't use the pool but there were plenty of kids using the outdoor pool. I believe it's heated. Overall this is still well worth choosing for your hotel.

The hotel is just off highway 98 so the road noise is heavy. Although it is on the waterfront there is only a small beach - the best beach is over the bridge which is beautiful (chairs and umbrellas $45 a day). There is a fire pit , nice chairs and a bbq area. We had a lovely relaxing time. The hotel laid on an Easter egg hunt for all the families staying. Breakfast was a challenge for me as I don’t eat gluten or meat or eggs but they had fruit and yoghurt which was ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner but otherwise everything was good 😊
