It was a las minute reservation after a day at the beach and it was my first time at this hotel. Even that it was under renovation everything was clean including the breakfast area. Room was clean, beds comfy and i really liked the balcony. Breakfast was grab and go but they had different choices, my kids loved the Jimmy Dean croissants. Front desk ladies were willing to help and very friendly, please keep that actitud. Overall it was a pleasant stay, i would stay there again on my next trip to Naples.

Amazing customer service. The property was under construction, huge remodeling and they still provided a great experience, accommodating all services for us. Thanks for an incredible vacation for the family. Carol at the front desk listened and changed our room as soon as we informed her about a not too pleasant smell, I believe due to the construction. Property was very clean even during remodeling. Thanks!
