Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Naples Pine Ridge

We had a great stay. The front desk lady Susan, was so friendly and so accomodating. My children enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, and the friendly staff. The rooms (we had a suite and a room with double beds) were very comfortable. There was everything we needed. To top it off, the hotel is well located in Naples, less than 10 minutes from a Walmart. We will definetely come back. Thank you!

Neat clean and wonderful property for short/long term vacation rental. Definitely would recommend this to friends and families.

Upon arrival in our room I noticed urine stains on the carpet, dead bugs in the kitchen light fixture and dust and MOLD in the AC vents. There was human hair on the floor everywhere and in the bathroom and shower. There were stains on the sheets as well. This hotel was absolutely disgusting!!! The worst I have ever stayed in. This hotel claims to be pet friendly but they are far from it. I was at a water park at 12pm when I received a call from the front desk telling me that several guests were complaining that my tiny dog was barking in the room. Are you kidding me??? Isn't this a "Pet Friendly Hotel"?? There were other dogs in the hotel but they went ahead and accused us without even asking. Do they expect dogs not to bark?? They charge a $75 Fee for having a pet in the hotel which I paid for. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the accusation they were very rude and unprofessional especially the Asst.General Manager Brianna who was there at the time. She raised her voice and was constantly interrupting me. She told me that I needed to take my dog with me at all times so the dog wouldn't bark. REALLY??? I didn't know that dogs only bark when they are alone. haha. So I pay a fee in a so-called "pet- friendly" hotel so they can tell me what to do with my dog when I'm there as a paying guest? And by the way, who calls the front desk to complain about a barking dog on a Saturday at 12pm in the afternoon??? This hotel is an absolute disaster!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
