Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina

Had a great stay with my family. Check in was very easy, front desk was very friendly. Plenty to do on property to keep the whole family entertained. It’s a little piece of paradise. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was nice. There was a lot to do within walking distance. The scenery was top notch, and the big pool at Postcard was great, and there were a lot of amenities like paddle boards and kayaks. The bar staff at the pool, however, was less than desirable. They were rude and slow, and Jordyn cursed at our kids for misconstruing a situation while the management never followed up with my complaint. The guys at Pelican Cove who rent jet skis were the best. I would highly recommend them. Overall, it was a nice, laid back resort, but I don’t see us returning any time soon.

Good family environment

This was a last min booking for my family as we were on our way back home from Key West. We had friends in the area visiting and everything else was booked so we were just happy to find a room. We were only staying one night so it was fine. After I booked I then received a notification that there would be construction while were were there with loud noises from 9am-5pm. Only staying one night so NBD but would have liked to know ahead of booking. The pool atmosphere was very busy and fun vibe with kids and a DJ. Location of pool is very nice and nice beach access. However, building 400 were our room was, was gross. A cleaning cart that smelled like trash and dirty sheets etc. sat at the door the entire time we were there from 3pm - 10am next day. The hall smelled like cleaner and trash and there were dirty linens outside the rooms as laying on the floor we had to walk around. The room was 'fine'. Some parts looked newer but in general was dated feeling. The balcony looked over a pool that had no water in it and a family of 5 iguanas (which at least were entertaining to watch). The description said 2 Queen beds however these were the smallest Queen and honestly were double beds. My hubby and I tried to sleep with our 3yr old but it was tight. My parents slept in the other bed. We ate at the tiki bar on the property and that was not good. Bad/No service. Then random charges to my CC I had to call to have removed. Will not visit again, disappointing end to our vacay.

It was an awful stay. The service at the restaurants was terrible. They had an AC leak and downgraded us to their sister hotel. I couldn’t find any availability at any other hotel so I was forced to stay with my family. The rooms were dark and dirty and the light fixtures didn’t work. We got transferrred to another room and the safe that was in the room was detached from the wall. The guests that stayed at the pool were all touch and drunk. Not a family place!!

This property exceeded our expectations. This was our first visit to the Keys and I had read some of the negative reviews previously submitted. I am so grateful we chose to ignore those reviews. Everything was wonderful. The customer service, amenities, food choices, and those views! Stunning. Thank you for 5 wonderful days. We hope to eventually bring our kids and grandson for a family vacation.

I’m in a room with broken drawers, an iron the has water pouring out of it, a tv that doesn’t work/had to have someone come out to service it… The absolute worst was when I asked them to NOT come to my room because my son, 13 was alone, in the evening, while my wife and I ran a quick errand. My rate for 4 nights was 1,800… that’s well over $400 a night for this kind of service. I’m currently dealing with a clogged toilet where I’ve been calling, and asking for a plunger, for over 30 minutes… …so that I personally can unclog the only toilet in the room. I’m not frivolously asking for more incidentals like water, coffee or towels… …I’m asking for the “resort” where I’m staying to deliver on the “resort” type rates that my family and I are paying for. Your experience might be totally different, and better I hope, than mine but the information I’ve included is MY experience… …which is one I’m actively having to deal with. I’ve asked for a manager to call me to no avail. I also walked to the front desk, twice, to try to get an iron before I was able to get someone to help me… …which they had all along (there at the front desk), so still not sure why the first person was g able to do what the second person was able to do which was simply to go into a closet and provide me with one… The level of service was ABYSMAL!!!! Also… …this is NOT a place I would recommend if you have kids. That’s a whole different review for someone else to write…

Great hotel for family, friends or just alone time, everything clean and beds very comfy.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this resort. The kids especially loved the ocean front pool.

The hostess/host were nice and accommodating we got our room Right away however my sink was clogged when we arrived to our room and we stayed 2 nights they never came To fix it it was me and my three kids it was very inconvenient The hostess gave me a $100 credit but honestly it was worst than that should have given me A free stay especially since we had to change rooms and the sink was clogged the whole Stay. Other than that staff was friendly and nice, Food was good and everything was walking distance.
