This was our first stay at Cheeca Resort, and the experience was exceptional in every way. From the quality and cleanliness of the resort, to an exceptional experience with every single staff member over 5 days, we were blown away by Cheeca. This will not be our last stay, and I will be recommending Cheeca to all friends, family and colleagues.

LOVED our stay at Cheeca. We stayed in the main building this time and I can't recommend enough. The rooms were large and our children LOVED the outdoor bath/hot tub. The dining options on property are amazing as is the staff. Five stars and can't wait to go back!

This was a great property for us with a young child in tow. Beautiful grounds.

Rooms are very quiet. We had two small children and we were worried we would hear neighbors or we would bother them but you couldn’t hear anything in next room. Hotel was fully book3d

Had a wonderful stay. A place that encourages you to spend time and have fun with your family (or as a couple). Plus points - large and comfortable room - parking underneath the room, so short distance to car - amazing facilities and activities included within resort fee. 9 hole pitch and putt golf, kayaks, paddleboards (weather permitting), fishing (tackle and bait), tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis, games room with 2 consoles, basketball game, air hockey, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 adults only outdoor pool, bicycles. - stunning location by the water. Large beach and easy kayak or paddleboard trip to see the Bloodlines house and other sights - beautiful landscaping, including the lagoon, which was striking when torchlit at night - good recommendations for activities and eating options offsite Things that could be improved: - service generally wasn’t as good as I would expect. Service at the main restaurant was slow on the times we ate there for breakfast and dinner (we did have food service at the Italian). Housekeeping was often late in the day and on one occasion didn’t make the beds because we were in (we had been out for the morning but had returned in the early afternoon and the cleaner was ending their shift). Some staff (not all of them) in the games room and on the golf course looked bored and were on their phones. - food onsite is very pricey. Better options for better value offsite. - Air Con in room was stop/start and noisy

Awesome family friendly resort. Short drive from Miami airport. Lots of amenities, never even have to leave the property!

Beautiful well maintained grounds. They should consider moving kids area to the pool away from the view/cabana bars or at least limiting floaties and screaming children to one pool. Bathroom facilities on common grounds were poorly maintained (no paper/towels etc) and trash near rocks/beach not picked up. One bartender on our first night was the most miserable person i have ever encountered. Would stay again but they can do WAY better - much potential.

Very family friendly

This is such a great idea resort. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Plenty of options to either relax or have fun! Also, excellent dining options on property! Highly recommended
