Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport, an IHG Hotel

FYI: I sent a chat to Hotels.com a couple of days ago stating that I made a reservation here for one room with two king size beds (according to the site's description). When we arrived at the property the (very indifferent) front desk lady informed me that the room only had one king bed. I told her we were three adults and our email confirmation indicated our request for two beds (regardless of size, to me at this point)... Her attitude was "take it or leave it." The room has a sofa bed with a 2 and a half inch mattress. Not very comfortable. Breakfast is served daily. Not much of variety to choose from besides the usual coffee, bagels, yogurt and fruits: bananas and red apples. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups, with a large fridge, and dishwasher. PS: we witnessed a small family in the lobby last evening asking the front desk staff for milk for their 2 year old. They were curtly told there was no milk available. (Really, in hotel that offers breakfast?) The property sits across a corner of MIA, with no convenience stores nearby. There's a "pantry store" by the front reception where you can buy beer, sodas, &some food items, but milk is not sold there. The couple looked very panicked until we told them we had some milk in our fridge. The milk was brought down to the little family. Bet it was a terrible experience for them to go through with a young child, at night. Customer service is clearly lacking here.

This an amazing property! I had never stayed at a Staybridge before, but WOW! Amazing room, truly excellent staff, delightful bar and bartender Franklin, and a breakfast with endless variety for all my family! EXCELLENT value!

It was a quick trip with family. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable for the kids. I won't recommend for family, but 2 people, bed was comfortable. Overall, good. Great breakfast.

I bragged to my friends and family about this hotel. Highly recommend

Great suite for our family on a pre-cruise overnight. One room with two queens, one with sofa bed. Nice kitchenette, though we didn’t need it for our one night. Good breakfast. Parking is the only difficulty. Must use valet as there are few other options.

Only stayed one night had a cruise next morning family and I enjoyed the stay staff was very nice breakfast was really good

Staff was extremely friendly , breakfast was hot and extremely tasty also it was restocked quickly. Housekeeping visited swiftly and efficiently, the ice machine in the room fridge proceed a good amount of ice before we check in which was great because we forgot to buy cold drinks. The pool is heated which was awesome because it was breezy when we got it and the pool towels was stocked until closing. The room was spacious for my kids to play , I was irritated a bit because on hotels.com it doesnt state they only accept valet for parking there's no free parking. Valet is 25.00 plus taxes each day you stay which comes out of your $100 deposit you pay checking in , you may have to pay additional if you stay more than four days. Valet is 24hrs and they kept my car safe plus was quick retrieved the vehicle when we needed it. Also you need your room key to access the elevators , they provide dishes for 4 people but you'll need your own dish detergent or finsh brand dishwasher cleaner for the dishwasher. Also , bring tongs , large salad spoons or a spatula if needed. Overall , we loved it here 5 star review

My stay here was excellent.... everything was super clean. I appreciate all the amenities for my family especially breakfast for my grandkids. I had a late flight and was accommodated accordingly....my only complaint was the night manager 🙄 her attitude was horrible the entire time. She was not friendly upon arrival....barely explained my check in and walked off mid conversation before i was done. Ive stayed with stay bridge a few times and never experienced that before. Overall i will stay again

This is the second time I was there looking forward to going in August with the full family!!!

It was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Already recommended to family and someone booked for tonight.
