The room smelled musty and damp. The AC unit was as noisy as a generator. The breakfast was lame: no decaf tea or small children options. Will never come back to this hotel.

Beds uncomfortably security didn’t speak any English which is fine but told me to park in garage then couldn’t even get in had to go back down with sleeping kid, bed was uncomfortable but whatever for a night then random charge.

Loved the king room that had a separate sitting area (w sofa sleeper). Us and our 2 college aged kids shared this room just fine as it provided enough private space with each having their own tv. Front desk staff was exceptional We’re heading to Miami port for NCL cruise & the transportation was reasonably $15pp. Paid that morn. Got us there quickly, safely & timely.

The room was advertised that it sleeps 4 with a sleep sofa. It doesn’t sleep 4. Our grandkids had to sleep in opposite directions to fit on the sleeper sofa. I’m glad it was just for 1 night. The carpet in the room also smelled musty.

t started a little turbulence and when I got to thr fairfield I did not know that they only accepted card, we had our money cash. This made a little but overwhelmed, but Mila and her colleague were very calm, patient and kind towards me and my family. She offered different options and solutions so that we could stay at the Fairfield Inn. We booked the night and the next day got to pay the rest of the stay.
There was also a very kind and generous guest who acknowledge what was going on and was very kind to pay for one of the nights for us. I will forever be grateful to this kind gentleman and also Mila who helped us that night.
Overall it was a very clean hotel, with friendly staff

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DON'T STAY HERE.
Our room wasn't available so we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. We waited an hour.
Once we got checked in an hour after, the room smelled so bad. It was dirty. The oder was of mold and wetness.
The manager came up to our room and agreed. We were traveling with children so she said it wasn't safe for the children?!!!
So we were moved to another room. We finally get settled and waited another hour for the crib for my infant, we got tired of waiting so my husband went and got it himself from downstairs.
ABOUT 9 PM WE HEARD A NOISE AT THE DOOR AND A DOOR OPEN WE ASSUMED IT WAS NEXT NEXT DOOR, BUT IT WAS OUR DOOR.
THIS MAN WALKS IN AND WE ARE ALL STARTLED! I SCREAM, MY CHILDREN SCREAM, I START CRYING BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING . AND MY HUSBAND GOES INTO PROTECTIVE MODE.
THE POOR GUY WAS AS SCARED AS US.
HE WAS GIVEN A KEY AND CHECKED INTO OUR ROOM.
THE HOTEL GAVE A KEY TO OUR ROOM TO ANOTHER PERSON.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE IS NO WAY THIS HAPPENS.
WE HAD TO ARGUE WITH STAFF ABOUT THE SITUATION AND EVEN WAS TOLD THAT we were IN THE WRONG ROOM?!!!
SO ITS OUR FAULT THAT THE MAN WALKED INTO THE ROOM???!!!!
THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON DUTY, THEY SAID we had to wait until the next day. The next day came and still no manager.
Bottom line NO MANAGER EVER CAME TO TALK TO US OR CALLED US. THEY DIDN'T CARE.
DONT STAY HERE, NOT SAFE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO MANAGER.

I never got to check in. I had this reservation for my son having surgery at Jackson Memorial. He became ill the day before and the surgery was postponed. I tried to change the reservation but was told that I was not going to get credit. Was planning on staying there again in 2 weeks when the surgery was rescheduled but I will take my business elsewhere. I did not just bail out on the reservation and I am disgusted that a customer would be treated this way when their child is ill and having surgery. Terrible customer service and I will tell everyone to NEVER stay at this hotel in the future.

I reserved one room with 1 king bed and sofa bed for my family, 2 adults and 2 children. However, we couldn't use sofa bed, because it was very terrible. The replacement was also terrible. It was dirty and very old. Nobody couldn't sleep over there. The bed springs stick out. I wasted more than 3 hours, but this hotel couldn't solve the problem. Because they didn't have extra beds and the sofa beds they had were same. In the end, we, four people should sleep on one king bed. The next morning, this hotel made a refund for the second night, not first night, and we should find another hotel.
Moreover, the room smelt moldy.

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and free breakfast. They are remodeling some areas. The neighborhood looked a little rough but we enjoyed our stay. We saw lots of families going on cruises staying here.The breakfast was good. The shuttle actually takes you to the casino, target & airports so it saves us some money on ride shares. The shuttle drivers were all nice. The front desk staff was mostly nice. The operator does not answer, sometimes i had to call a few times to request a shuttle.
