As a family, 2 adults and 3 kids, we stayed at this hotel for nights at truly loved it. The manager Daniel Ramirez was extremely welcoming and professional upon arrival and went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and showers are spotless. They provided hygiene products. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety, from waffles and cereal to bagels, eggs, fruits, and yogurt. Plus coffee and tea all day. Parking is a big plus, even if you have to pay and the location is perfect. Overall, fantastic hotel and staff. Definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn August 16-17 & August 21-22. Our cruise was 17-21. I picked this location because of the area and food options. I didn’t want to stay anywhere that was too busy. The hotel was overall a great experience from the desk staff to answering questions that I may have had. The pool was great not too cold and perfect for our family to enjoy. My only issue is the shower pressure was low. Other than that my experience was great. I would stay here again.

Our check-in was smooth, Zully was very friendly and explained to us everything that was included in our stay. The room was really clean, Ilismay did a great job keeping our things nice and tight. The breakfast was good, I loved the omelet and fresh waffles with different toppings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It's also really close to stores like Ross, Marshalls, and Target, and a variety of restaurants.

I can't say enough about my stay! I was there for business and it was also my birthday. Flowers were delivered to the hotel from a family member and after finding out it was my b-day, Zully and the staff just blew me away!! They left a birthday card, some bubbly and goodies in my room! I can't tell you what a treat this was when I returned to my room after a long work day. Hotel was clean and in a great location! Traveling alone, I felt safe and had no problem with parking in the attached garage which is well lit. Stayed in King Suite with Bay view, so spacious and beautiful view.

Everything was ok accept room size.The room was to small for 2 adult and 2 kids. There is no point of asking how many kids you have and age detail when you are booking if u going to giving small room. I can get the same room with 2 adult only.

Very clean and comfortable, front desk and staff was friendly, fast and easy to work with, security came to close the pool at 10pm and gave us a extra 30 Minutes so the kids could have some extra fun on our last day. Breakfast was great! Definitely 10/10
