$5.00 for a can of pop and $5.00 for each snack was really ridiculous , we understand it’s Miami but seriously maybe the alcohol I can see that charge for but if there are tired families traveling and that’s their only option that’s in there means at the time then that’s not great. But for one night it was ok overall. The am front desk attendant was very short and not overall courteous towards us we weren’t expecting a room til afternoon since we were arriving from a cruise however that’s not what the woman thought and was really short with my wife. The pm staff was very polite and courteous tho.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The lobby was packed and many people were not happy with having to wait for their rooms for so long. Breakfast was great! The amenities were amazing. They have a laundry room for guests which was perfect because our kids always mess up their clothes. The staff was nice. There are a lot of things within walking distance such as food,. shopping, and stores. Not too many things to do though as far as activities or at least we didn't find any.

I booked with expedia but the reservations were in my girlfriend’s name. I am not sure how that happened and it took a while for the hotel clerk to figure that out. However, it was smooth sailing and a lovely experience afterwards. Breakfast was a little tricky with the long lines for the waffle maker. There were a lot of kids monopolizing the machine. However, my overall experience was great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff were amazing and the room was comfortable and clean!

The hotel is super clean and beds are very comfortable. Free shuttle to the cruise port is very convenient; just sign up the day before your cruise with the front desk. Be patient as the shuttle is typically full and they will go “in order” of your departure time even if you come down early. We walked to El Tiesto for dinner and the food was so good. It’s also a hookah lounge with a DJ and loud music. Recommended for families with older children. Walking distance, 2 blocks to Walgreens. Only negative: the front desk staff- both morning and evening can use some customer service skills in being more welcoming and friendly to guests. Seemed like they didn’t like their jobs and the girl that checked us in had a bit of an attitude. We would stay there again.

Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights prior to our RC Bahamas cruise leaving from Miami. The accommodations were spectacular. The price was great! The location was great -- short walks from Wynwood Walls, a Target, Marshalls, midtown shopping, and great eateries. We drove from VA, and had a short drive from this hotel to the "We Park Miami" overnight/extended stay parking. The pool was clean and the water temp was perfect, they also have a poolside bar, and the breakfast bar was super nice; sausages, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, and 2 make your own Belgian waffles stations, witj fresh juices, coffees, and teas! Stay here, you’ll love it!!

Check-in took longer than expected. They weren’t aware the room had already been paid for and asked me to pay. Once I showed the invoice, it was corrected! Staff was friendly! I disliked having to pass through the lobby each time to get to my room. Everyone just stared and watched us…ugh! It would have been better for staff to be friendlier and greet guests! Overall I enjoyed the hotel and my kids thought it was very expensive lol! It was a nice, clean, and comfortable stay for 1 night. We are ready to cruise!!!

Gladys was so helpful She help my entire family members visiting from Houston tx. She took the time to get our room faster. Thk you we will be back

Wonderful Hotel. Staff was so accommodating and the property felt clean and safe! Only thing I will say is the area outside is a little disappointing. We didn’t really feel safe. 1 issue was the busy road to all of the food places and stores doesn’t have a cross walk, very scary when going to cross with small children. Also the homeless people presence was strong!

Plenty of room for a family of 5.
