The Vagabond Hotel

I loved this little hotel! It was quaint and quiet, even though there were families with kids. Housekeeping was prompt and daily. Rooms were spacious and nice! It was a bit pricy considering there was no breakfast available, but overall it was really nice! A bunch of nice cafes nearby so that helped!

We were cared for like family! Close enough to the beach in a neighborhood with cool restaurants, not too expensive. Great vibe. Only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend at the awesome pool. We'll be back!

The hotel was fab. The staff were friendly and a great source of information. The room was clean and exactly what we expected - and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was really tasty - muffins every day for us! There was music at the pool bar every evening but it was never loud enough to bother us in our room (especially after a couple of drinks at the bar!). Once the car was parked we used the buses to get around although Uber is a reasonably priced alternative as the buses can be somewhat interesting! We ate at restaurants within walking distance of the hotel every evening. BarMeli69 (a Greek Bistro and Wine Bar) and Blue Collar (Southern home cooking) were our favorites. We went to the Burlesque evening in the Vagabond restaurant which was good fun. The menu range wasn't great, the food was ok but I wouldn't recommend going unless it's for the entertainment. We also ate at the Italian which was a nice family run restaurant.
