We opted to stay at this hotel on our way to our cruise and back because they offer hotel-airport shuttles as well as a shuttle to the port, so there wasn’t a lot of transportation to worry about. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our room. It was spacious and didn’t have a lot of the issues we tend to run into at other hotels. Some of the main perks that seem to be missing at other hotels: good water pressure, comfortable pull-out sleeper, nice pillows. We also had a toddler traveling with us and they provided a playpen for us at no charge. Another major perk was the breakfast! So many hotels offer breakfast and then you get there and they’re blah… The breakfast at Hampton Blue Lagoon was actually good! I didn’t try everything, but in the two nights we stayed, I had absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let us store anything we didn’t need for the cruise until we returned. Whether you are traveling solo, as a pair, or even a family, this hotel is a perfect fit for any traveler.

Nice large suite with living room, kitchenette and small dining table. Separate bedroom and decent sized bathroom. Worked really well for our young family for an overnight layover. Some eating options, supermarket and 24h pharmacies in easy walking distance.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, knowledgeable front desk staff. I stayed here four nights while my baby grandson underwent surgery at Nicklaus Childrens Hospital. They offered free rides to the hospital which was very helpful. Only negative was occasional large check in crowds during weekend days due to customers cruising and traveling via Miami International

Super easy access from the Miami airport, staff was wonderful, breakfast was better than the average hotel buffet (real scrambled eggs with chives, 2 flavors of waffle batter), and while we waited for our flight the next day, my teenage kids and I walked down a quiet residential street parallel to the main street and ended at Palacio de Jugos with the most delicious juices we’ve ever had (plus phenomenal food). It’s a rustic place with large tent for dining, all Spanish, and the feel of a true experience “of the people” which we enjoyed. University of Miami and Little Havana are an easy Uber ride as well.

I stayed with my family, the place is super clean and is very convenient they have shuttle services from the airport to the hotel completely free. Also, from the hotel to Port of Miami it has additional cost $10 per person. It was wealthy stayed there. I’m looking forward to book again.

My 8 year old has extremely bad allergies to fragrances. We had no idea the hotel would be DOWSED in Lysol spray at every corner. There was even a note in our bathroom mirror stating how the property is contantly sprayed in Lysol "to protect us". My child could not sleep at all because he was coughing and sneezing so much that he couldn't breethe well. To the point that my husband almost had to take him to the car to sleep so we could all get rest. I wish this info would've been disclosed, because we certainly would not have book somewhere that has such high fragrance smells. It smells wonderful and "clean", however to someone with severe allergies to fragrances, it's a nightmare and is miserable to try to breathe.

I arrived to the hotel pretty early and Ms Domenica offered to hold my bags while me and my family explored and waited for our room and no longer than 1hr our room was ready early. My room was big spacious and very clean. While checking out really early for our flight Mr Gio got us some breakfast to go. Everyone there so was helpful and very nice. I can’t wait to return
