Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

I stayed for 1 night with my children and all of us loved the hotel! Beautiful spacious room with balcony overlooking the water. Wonderful just watching the boats go by, very relaxing. The salt water pool is amazing! It was a shame that the weather was a little iffy with strong winds so they had to close the pool bar but it was still so nice to hang out on the pool deck. The Peruvian restaurant on the second floor needs an extra recommendation! We had a late lunch/ early dinner at 3:30 and were able to order from the dinner menu. It was the 5 of us and we all ordered a different entree and shared. Amazing!!! I will definitely return.

Pics from the post looked very different like it was a 1 bedroom and then a separate living room and kitchen. That was not the case. It was all in one room very small not what I thought we rented . We had 3 kids and 2 adults no privacy everyone had to go in the bathroom to change. Glad it was only for one night !

The hotel is located very close to Brickell which takes you everywhere in Miami. Walking distance there is really nothing to do. Uber show in 2 minutes every time. it is not a family hotel, it is fine for business.

The only high point of our experience at this hotel was the restaurant and its staff. Upon arrival to our room i realized i was missing my 7month old sons bag with all of his necessitys for our trip. His bag had everything he would need for our trip. I was panicked, all of my sons formula in it. There is a formula shortage right now and it wasent easy making sure we had enough for this trip. When i went to the front desk to see if hopfully it was left behind by mistake when the staff brought our luggage to our room. The front desk made me feel as small as possible for even asking and offered no help. Also when we checked in i paid for breakfasts for pur family up front. When we went to breakfast in the morning we were charged again. Last but not least, as we were unpacking. My son was rolling around on the ground as he does learning to crawl. When i went to pick my son up i realized he was rolling in piles of dirt and grim that were just swept up against the bottom of the beds. It was absolutely disgusting. We paid a good amount for our family to enjoy a nice hotel. We should have just picked the cheapest hotel we could find. Our experience would have been the same if not better and it wouldn't have costs a small fortune
