Fortune House Hotel Suites

My family and I enjoyed the two-bedroom suite. It was truly an enjoyable experience and the staff were amazing. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and even recommended some local eateries. The room itself was perfect-It was clean, spacious and well kept. Though there was no open parking, the Valet option was great. The gentlemen working there were super careful with our car. We will definitely return without hesitation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice place to stay in the heart of Miami.

Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4👍

We’ve been staying at this hotel since 2016-17 and had a very positive prior experience. In fact, we’ve even recommended Fortune House to friends and family. Unfortunately this is not the case for this last stay. Maybe they have undergone ownership or management changes, and not only prices have gone up but quality of has really dropped. Stayed in three units. In the first one the washing machine didn’t work and in the second unit the AC stopped working at around 3am. Very bad customer service. We already canceled plans to stay here on Jan 24.

The suite was lovely, very clean and spacious. The staff were lovely, especially the security staff who assisted us with finding packages that were delivered to the location. However, the pool space was tiny, the pool it’s self was about the size of a personal pool at someone’s home, not nearly big enough for a hotel. There were not enough loungers or towels. I would recommend the Fortune House Hotel Suites for business travel or people who want a place to sleep. I would not recommend it for families who are looking to enjoy the amenities or relax at the property.

The room was quite large. Definitely could have put a whole family in there. Kitchen had a full refrigerator and oven. Nice welcome drink of champagne.

Fortune House is my new place to stay while in Miami! I normally opt for rooming near Ocean Drive, however, this time I was traveling with my family so when I saw an amazing price for a room with 2 suites I couldn’t pass it up. Pulling up to the hotel I realized I was more so in the downtown section of Miami (Brickell). It was night time and it was quiet and well lit. Arrived and valet immediately helped and parked our car. The check-in process was seamless and only took 5min, I was offered a FREE room upgrade and was given a complimentary glass of champagne! Awesome right? Yep I thought so too :-) Entered the room and it was super clean, cute kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious living room area with a couch and a tv, and dining table. There two rooms on opposite sides of the suite. One with a king bed and a hallway to a walk-in closet and bathroom, very appealing! The second room had a queen sized bed and a smaller closet in the room and the bathroom was outside of the room which was fine by me! How could I forget about the balcony with the AMAZING view?! From our suite on the 25th floor you could see the ocean and the well-lit downtown area it was beautiful! When we woke up around sunrise the view was even prettier! I can’t wait to go back to Miami and stay at Fortune House! There’s a restaurant when you walk into the lobby but I didn’t have a chance to try it, but I will next time!

Super Clean and great apartment amenities for families. The staff is super attentive.

Our stay at the beautiful Fortune House Hotel Suites was amazing! From the moment we walked in and smelled a hint of lemongrass that was so soothing and relaxing to the very end when we checked out. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever we're in Miami. Picked this hotel because of the location to the Miami Port for our cruise but there's so much more to the area. Restaurants, grocery store, bars etc. We booked a balcony but were graciously upgraded to a Penthouse balcony with the most spectacular views of the bay! Can't wait to come back and will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here as well. Shout out to the Assistant Manager; Nicholas Browning for his excellent customer service and friendly personality! He's a true Rock Star!

The thing that stood out was the front desk guy. He was new, a trainee, and I wish I could remember his name. What an outstanding representative of a business. He was thoughtful and kid and professional. Everything else was great but this particular employee was above and beyond.
