We travelled as a family group, staying in two rooms. The hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants within a short walk. Parking in the hotel car park was a little expensive ($39 per 24 hrs), but so is parking in other places locally. The rooms were lovely. Clean, spacious and furnished very well. The beds were comfortable and the black-out blinds worked a treat. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.

We definitely recommend the Hampton Inn $ suites. My family and I enjoyed and had a great time staffing is awesome 💯 from the time off arrived until departure and rooms are excellent!

We had an excellent checkin, each of our 3 kids could choose a snack, and we also received some good refreshments. Hotel has several excellent chices of free coffee in the loby, which is very unique in the US. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options for kids and adults and a changing menu every day. Hotel is located in the heart of Brickell close to many shopping and dinning attractions. Our familybsuite was spacious and comfy

Complimentary breakfast is disgusting. No healthy options at all. Served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Paper plates and plastic cutlery are for backyard BBQs and kids birthdays, not when I’m paying for a hotel room.

I was greeted in a very warm way by the staff at every encounter. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. I went along with my three young boys and they had a great time playing in the pool which for their age was very safe. It was just after labour day and I just had a few days to take advantage of Miami. The drive to and around the hotel was practical. Would recommend to anyone with teens or younger. The coffee was good and available almost all the time by the 6th floor lobby. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the cleaning people left the room impeccable (to my embarrassment as my kids left everything all over the place and I didn't expect them to clean up) . Overall a great choice.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. A complimentary drink was a bonus after the drive through Miami. The room was clean with a great view. The only negative was the pool… my kids would have loved to swim however the public displays of affection from adults utilizing the pool was gross.
