We liked that this was on a quiet street one block away from both South Beach’s bars and clubs strip, and Little Havana’s on the other side, but we couldn’t hear the noise on either side. We really have to shout out Michael for allowing us to check in very early after we got off a cruise, just so we didn’t have to carry our bags around with us all day. He said he wanted us to enjoy our brief stay in Miami and personally checked the room himself before he gave us the room keys, as well as gave us many recommendations and feedback on the area. The nighttime staff (though I forget her name) was extremely helpful and friendly when we had a small issue in our bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, probably the best sleep on our whole trip, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. We will be staying here again for sure, and directed our friends and family who saw our hotel pictures where they can book. We only wish we were able to spend longer here

Booked a room for 3 adults and 1 children (4y). A king bed + Sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible. There was a hole on it, the people simply didnt put any sheet and only two shower towels - for 4 people! I needed to go downstairs late of the night and the front desk guy simply told there was no pillow and gave me in hands a pack of sheets and towels, didnt even bring to the room (what was supposed to do in that case) Impala has only stairs so if you go with big luggages they will charge you 5usd per luggage. Michael at front desk charged us in cash - if it was to him I dont know... Well Miami beach is this... Everything ridiculous expensive for what it is. An ok beach with nothing very special, no service unless you are in the fancy hotels and nothing more. Honestly to people who lives in Rio de Janeiro, travel there is a waste of time, spend some days in Barra da Tijuca and you will be much happier.

My first expression was a little sketch. But I slept like a baby. Front desk took care of me AND I WAS walking distance of pretty much everything.
