Casa Boutique Hotel

Both the website hotels.com and the reservation email stated that there was parking available, which is completly untrue! They offer a valet for $46 a day, or near by parking that's $20 overnight as long as it's not taken out for 24 hours, otherwise is $2 per hour. The front desk mentioned, that they share their parking and that sometimes they had space available, but they never had any for me. I mentioned it to the front desk, which by the way, took 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there, and she was more worried about her make-up than helping me, and gave me attitude about my complaint about the parking situation. I called to hotels.com, and management dare said that I never stated my complaints, when I did, but was brushed away. It was very inconvenient for me, who has 2 kids and was traveling due to the hurricane. They also did not mention the very small size of the room. Again, I had to stay at this hotel for Milton, and I had to leave half my items in my car that as mentioned, was not close by in case of an emergency. And they never had a working phone you could call the front desk. Only good thing was that I forgot 2 items, they retrieve them and gave them back.

We only stayed for one night before our cruise, but check in was easy and quick. Our room had a nice balcony and two comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs had great drinks and amazing staff who was accommodating to me and my family. We also had two beach chairs with our stay and a complimentary late checkout . Also the restaurants around the area is great too, beach two blocks away and a Walgreens on the next ave.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel stinks badly. the smell comes from the hallway which bothered us in the room. There is nothing much in the room. all very basic. it is noisy as staff are not considered about slamming doors or any other stuff. about check-in and checkout experience, we reached the hotel at 2PM and asked if possible they allow for early check-in since we have a toddler and we were told we will be contacted. anyway we got the room at 7PM and no one contacted us before that but when we asked for check out at 11:30AM instead of 11AM at the next day, we were told we will be charged if we don't check out by 11.

the people who work here were extremely friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. we, as a family of four, immediately felt welcomed here! the restaurant in the front was busy - you’re in miami, there is music everywhere but our room was relatively quiet enough for us to sleep. i would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family trip was made truly special by this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The room was not just beautiful, but it had a comfortable, modern, and absolutely gorgeous bed with the most comfortable bedding. It was a true oasis of comfort and relaxation

amazing! I went with my family and enjoyed every moment of the stay! The location is really great, you go everywhere on foot. The room and the bathroom were clean. I can totally recommend this hotel!

location is amazing, hotel close by to everywhere!! we had a great time. the staff are super nice and friendly. Everybody very efficient et excellent. it was very nice and i love the shower. they also have very good customer service. me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and it was very comfy. Thank you!!

I have been in Miami Beach several times but always stayed with family. At this time I decided to have a romantic trip and this place was perfect! Great location and beautiful interior nicely decorated.

Super friendly service but we asked as we left to have a taxi called and instead got a private car that cost way more than we would have paid a taxi or Uber. The driver service was good but we we didn't need to have that level of transportation. Absolutely LOVED the restaurant, Limoncello! They made us feel like a part of their Napoli family for the day and we had the best food and drink!

My family and I stayed there for a night, the service was excellent, people were friendly, the rooms were clean, the air in my daughter's room was oddly wet as if a hot shower was running all day and night, but it still was ok it eventually got a little better throughout the night. Half the family ate at the restaurant onsite and said the service was Outstanding. Overall it was a good stay.
