Clean. Free breakfast. Water dispenser and ice machine. Reasonable price. Board games and pool table to entertain the kids.

It was a family trip and it went well at TRU.

Stayed with my family and dog. Loved the floors in the rooms. No carpet. The beds were queens instead of doubles so my two adult children weren't cramped. Breakfast was nice. There aren't microwaves in the rooms so it stunk that we couldn't keep leftovers from local restaurants. The hotel was clean & the staff was kind. The reason I rated a 'good' instead of 'excellent' was because of corporate policy, not because of the local staff. I had a family emergency and needed to check out a day early. They did not care and still charged me for the entire night even though we checked out a day early. Apparently, it was Wesley who reiterated to my Expedia rep that their corporate policy was very strict regarding refunds even in emergency situations. Won't be staying here again which is a shame because for the most part it was a pleasant stay. Rather give my money to a company that sees me as a human, and not just a rented room.

The location was 7 minutes from the hospital. I was visiting family. I was initially very pleased the hotel and with my room. Comfortable, clean, convenient. I guess Covid is still evident when I realized my room wasn't turned the first day. But, the second/last morning when a roach scurried out from behind the head board, Well! (and no I did not report it).
