A family trip. Chelsey and ALL staff kind, accomodating and wonderful. Will stay again. Room was clean and sheets were so soft and comfy. Pool was lovely. Wait staff at bar and restaurant wonderful and food too.

Our family has stayed at Brownwood several times before. The hotel is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, the spa and staff are amazing and has the best poolside bar! We love that we can eat right at the hotel restaurant or venture out if we want. Highly recommend booking your self a trip to their spa during your stay!

One of the ladies in the house keeping was very rude about my family because we asked for extra towels and my husband heard her talking about it during gossip hour with the other housekeepers. This was just one person but everyone else and the property was amazing and my family loved our time here

OK, I’ve been to this hotel on four separate occasions. The decor aside, I found my stats to be enjoyable. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful when needed. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room as well as being very clean. The Villages, although not necessarily a destination, is an area where many people do visit family and friends. When staying here I prefer my own accommodations and the Brownwood generally exceeds all my expectations.

In town for a short stay to visit family nearby. Very please with this hotel and will definitely stay again. Impressed with the attention to detail this establishment throughout the whole building. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4

This is my second time staying and I brought my whole family in for a visit. They adored it. Very comfortable the air conditioner works well. I believe the coffee station needs to be set up sooner. I ran into a man waiting on a shuttle to the airport needing a coffee, so I went to my room and made him a coffee. Very Appreciated!

We evacuated my elderly parents and inlaws and sisters family to here for Hurricane Ian. The resort was a pleasant surprise. It Is in beautiful condition, like new. If feels like a lodge in Montana. The rooms were nice and clean, the baths were great. Everyone loved the showers. The staff could not have been nicer especially under the circumstances. If you ever has a reason to stay in that area I would definitely recommend the Brownwood.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. So extremely comfortable and relaxing. The pool is simply wonderful and the staff is awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would. Not to mention how extremely comfortable the beds are, I slept like a baby. I will most highly recommend this hotel everyone.

I was in town for a family emergency. The staff made me feel so welcome in such a tough time that I choose to stay again when I had to return to tie up loose ends. The night staff Logan was so kind and compassionate that I will never forget him being there during this time. Such a clean, safe, friendly nice place to stay. Will be the only place I choose in the area.
