Seasons Florida Resort

This was the perfect hotel for our quick family weekend at Disney. Since we live close by we didn’t need to stay at a resort this time. We used the hotel for sleeping and showering. The beds were not comfortable at all for us. They were too soft and our family likes firmer beds.

I would love to say more about this motel but since we didn't make it I can't. We were one of the unlucky ones whose flight was cancelled due to the world wide IT issues. When I realized we were in fact not going to get there, I cancelled my reservation. I also asked if they would credit my non refundable payment towards another stay when we rescheduled our canclled trip there to shop. They refused to do even that. It was no ones fault but this motel made out on the misfortune of the situation and for that reason, I gave it 1 star. After 2 emails they told me to contact another travel site even though I did not book through that site. I was hoping to stay there again in a couple of weeks and again in Sept. with the whole family (at least 3 rooms) when we come for vacation but I will stick with a chain hotel from this point on. I believe they would have at least given me a credit towards a future stay. While it was not a lot of money this time, It would have been the next 2 visits. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that they showed no grace with this particular situation and have to wonder how many other people they did this to, who couldn't fly in the other day! Sad way to do business.

Love this hotel very clean and comfortable for me and husband the room has very good amenities for a family trip.

The property was very well maintained, no debris or anything of that matter. Can see the changes they made to outer premises. This is not my first time staying here and still love it. I see comfort and family owned business. Also, Love how the staff are efficient, helpful, courteous and easygoing. When I needed extra towels or anything they were helpful. The heated pool was definitely a plus. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The owner or manager and staff was friendly. The room was clean. The pool was clean and is big. My family can't not stand a room that have low AC but this room AC work very well which my family was super happy. The location was great. We were close to everything.

I liked the fact that everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel (front desk, owner, housekeeping) was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean as was the parking area and pool. There were no rowdy guests or loud parties...it was a very family-friendly place to stay. The rooms were also far enough away from the road as to not hear cars and trucks when you were trying to sleep.

The staff was fabulous!! The lazy river with the sand area (for small children) was excellent! My 12th grade kiddos loved the lazy river and so did the adults! The garden area is so nice in the middle of the lazy river and the surroundings!! Great location! Could quickly walk to the beach and pool!

Great stay 4 night family trip to disney. Close to food and good for access to Disney. Did everything we needed. Fridge and microwave in room, 2 decent size beds and reasonable bathroom. TV good size.There was a piol but we didnt have time to use. Ample free parking. Couldnt fault for what we needed.

This place was very nice staff was friendly i would stay there again and recommend this place to family and friends
