GreenPoint Hotel Kissimmee

Was very skeptical of booking this hotel due to the bad hostels on 192, but I was very impressed. Very clean, families around the area no bad crowds and very close to everything.

2 words.... STAY AWAY This has been by far the worst experience EVER. Dont be fooled by the pretty pictures. My family booked this property to celebrate the New Year in Orlando. It was 40 degrees at night that week. We arrived at the facility to check in around 4PM. After checking in and going out to dinner we returned to the room around 8PM. To our surprise there was not hot water running in the bathroom. This is when everything went downhill... We tried calling the front desk and there was no phone in the room. The pare they gave during check in had us scan a QR code which send a message via What's App and we received an automated response that said someone will "eventually" get back to us. I walked over to the front desk and learned that they had NO STAFF AFTER 6PM in the entire facility. There was a note that sad their "working hours" are from 7am to 6pm. Really? How can you run a Hotel without any staff? At this point I am beside myself and began to call the numbers listed. As I am trying to make contact I saw a lady across the hall behind a makeshift desk talking to someone. Come to find out she worked for the "AirBNB" company that is ran out of this facility - which is not part of the Hotel but they rent out the same rooms. I was even more confused. After several verifying that there was no ho9t water we were told there was nothing they could do. No more rooms were available. I was forced to find another place for my family at the last minute so we could sleep and bath

This hotel has not disappointed anytime I stay.It is comfortable and in a great location.We arrived after 10pm.so we had to check in over the phone then they provided a code for us to get into our room.That was convenient.No key card necessary.The breakfast was good although they could use more fruit and pastry options.I like the kids play area as well as the pool.We had to receive an important package at the desk and it was no prpblem for us to pick it up the next morning although there is a $5 fee to recieve packages.Overall, our stay was good and will stay again.

The rooms were nice. The staff was rude. They need to learn customer service. Breakfast was not included in my room price. I opted to purchase breakfast and the food was limited and cold. It was a waste of money and when I spoke to the staff I was told they wouldn’t put out more food. By then I had paid so we just didn’t eat. The hotel has a basic pool and limited amenities but charges a resort fee. They only had one ice machine for several buildings as well. I will not be staying there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my family or friends.

Our room was sold with less than three hours notice to confirm our booking, despite being in a foreign country with no data to receive notifications within that 3 hour block and amidst a 5 hour drive. Incredibly unprofessional, if we had been on a flight we would have been stranded with no hotel and no sympathy or solutions from management. There was a family ahead of us with 4 children in the same situation, being denied their room because of this “policy”. I sure hope they were provided much better service during their stay in Kissimmee. Seeing other reviews regarding the quality of the rooms makes me thankful we found better accommodations for the same, if not less of a price. I had read through the contract the day prior and saw no indication that GreenPoint has the power to cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, so travellers beware.

Everything was great! I did see a few drain flies when we first got there but the was the only negative everything else was great! Clean, faux wood flooring, great location, delicious continental breakfast and a play area for kids by the lobby.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was really good. Also, The entertainment for kids excellent.

Disclaimer. This review is only for sleep experience and not for breakfast or overal propetty experience. If you do experience some kind of back issue, then you have to give this place a chance if you want to sleep good and wake with no back issue The bed was perfect. We slept like a baby on the bed. The only downfall is that we wish that we were able to sleep

Arrived super early and was able to check in early for a fee which was fine. I would definitely book this hotel again. Everything is nearby. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Kids loved the play area and especially the pool. Rooms are very clean and beds comfy. Shower has that open glass concept. I personally hate it b/c water always gets out somehow. I just put extra towels down especially with kids. Bath has a nice rainfall shower which I love and they give you body wash and shampoo and conditioner which smell really nice and seem really luxurious. I acutally used theirs instead of the ones I bought from home b/c they smelled so nice.

This place is beautiful and spacious. There's more than enough room to walk freely. The hotel room was so clean and well maintained. The design was also a major plus for my family and I. Simple and peaceful. It was well stocked after every room service visit. Definitely enjoyed the design of the hotel lobby. They served good breakfast options as well. Overall my family and I loved our experience here! I highly recommend.
