I like everything is very clean the staff r amazing but i have a little suggestion for better future i think people with small kids shouldn't be put in the second levels cause they make alot of noise for the first level the kids running and throwing stuff around the floor late at night thank you for the good service

I would stay again and again. Good place to stay With your family.

Had a one on one day with one of my kids at your property. The only reason I chose yours is because it's clean, comfortable, quiet and the pool is always 90°. Obviously I've stayed here before and will always continue to look for availability as I live in Ocala and we staycation alot as a family. Note for management: you may want to replace the bathroom mirror in unit 327. There are black streak and spots all over it, I have no idea what they were, but we're seemingly engrained the mirror

I loved the pleasant feeling you get when your checking in, feels like I’m in Spain, then the staff was very informative and friendly. The room was very clean and the pool and jacuzzi with warm water is open 24 hrs. I honestly loved my stay that I extended my trip one more day just to enjoy the spacious balcony feeling of the Caribbean style hotels. I recommend this hidden jewel to all families that are looking for a private and calm friendly stay in Orlando/ Kissimmee. Sincerely, Pedro Pereyra. Enjoy

I've managed luxury boutique hotels and I can't say a single negative thing about this property. For having brought two kids, that says a lot. It surpassed my expectations. All we wanted was a good room and pool for one night to get out of the house. Instead we had a GREAT room and a GREAT pool. 5 out of 10 times we go to a property to only be disappointed with a cold pool that is uncomfortable to swim in with ridiculous hours of operations. This pool is a perfect temperature, clean, open 24 hours. No ridiculous loudness, kids running aloof or any typical nonsense. Only 1 suggestion.... If you're going to have complimentary coffee, it needs to start by 8am and should have better offerings such as flavored single serving creamers and not just dry creamer. Next time I'm booking 2 nights

This place is defiantly a great value. Huge heated pool is open 24 hours and it was a treat. I was a little worried about cleanliness at this price point but this is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in! The one room with double beds was pretty small but our kids are little so it worked for us. My only complaint is the moldy smell in the room but for the price it wasn’t a deal breaker. Also the playground and hot tub were closed because of “COVID” seems like an excuse since many other hotels I’ve stayed at this month were all open.

Club Sevilla is a relatively secluded and secure property. Pool open 24 hours which is nice for any late days at a theme park. We have been staying there for several years now and Han very few issues. When we did have an issue it was resolved promptly. Great staff! Have recommended them to family and friends. A+

Very clean and l have fun my kids love it and a was close to everything the pool was nice the bath was nice and very clean lots a tows personal very helpful lm definitely coming back to the beautiful hotel thank everyone
