Encore Resort at Reunion

It was terrible from the first start you go into the house there’s no utensils no kitchen towels also for kids instead of glass plates and plastic or it can break it wasn’t expected to be It was extremely hot in the first floor also, the bathroom sink was clogged. They had a set temperature to 78. The next day I order Stan fan at 11am didn’t receive it until 6 pm was it took 3 phone calls just to make sure I got one. Also they don’t give you enough towels only what they expect you to have two downstairs and two of each of the rooms so they want you to wash towels every day you’re not there to watch towels on your vacation , also you had to pay extra for a propane don’t know why, but it should be provided like every resort that I’ve been with also no beach towels or pool towel's in the room. You have to go to the waterpark and get the towels to me is the worst resort that I’ve been to in the house that you have to provide for everything.

My family truly enjoyed the property. Our only concern was the pool was not clean. The waterpark was within walking distance, and great attractions within driving distance.

We have stayed at encore resort for 4 years consecutively around Memorial Day every year. This year our experience was the worst. Was told to call ahead to turn on the pool and I did so, but our pool lights didn’t work so the kids couldn’t go night swimming. Half of the TVs in the 8 bedroom home were not connected to the wifi/cable. Also a tile was missing in the pool and one of the children scraped a knee on it. The fact that the deposit doubled this year after conditions had deteriorated added insult to injury and I made sure to complain to the staff and make note of these issues. We might not be returning next year.

Everything was perfect, clean the only bad thing is that the pool area doesn't have lights to be in the Night is very dark for everything else perfect I would recommend it to my friends and family

This was our second stay at Encore from Pa. We are a family of 10, seniors, adults and grandchildren and we all totally enjoy our stay.

This was a wonderful vacation location to stay at with my family. we were a family of 5 and were taking a trip to Disney and this was the perfect location. There were places to eat on grounds of the resort with delicious food and close by if you chose to go out of the resort. My family was very comfortable with their stay and happy with their overall trip. We all had our own rooms, and we had a pool in our home as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was a water park included with the resort. The only thing I wished I could have changed was that we were not able to do late checkout. It was offered, however upon requesting it they said they couldn't accommodate our request because someone else was going to stay in our same home. It was a little difficult to get out by 10 am due to having a 9-year-old and 2 other boys to get ready to leave so early. They should have later checkout.

Me and my family absolutely love this place. It was very roomy and when we were home, we felt like we had our own privacy, but everything else was just a walk away. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

The property offered a lot for both children and adults to enjoy. It was definitely relaxing and peaceful. A few cons : the blender did not work. It was also very dirty . The dishes were placed in the cabinet wet and dirty. You have to pay an additional cost for propane gas in order to use the grill as it is not included. Also you have to pay an additional cost to heat pool/ hot tub. For the amount of money you pay for these properties,they should really think about included these items for guest.
