Galleria Palms Hotel

The stay was hazzle free. Room was clean. We stayed for a week and did not have any issues. Value for money. Breakfast was very good. Very near to WDW. Overall a very good option for family looking for budget stay.

To start off, I waited nearly 5 minutes for an employee to show up just tobget checked in. Once finally checked in, I proceeded to my room. Upon opening the room, the room was noticably damp and had a horrible musky smell. Hold on it gets better, the toliet was filthy with hairs all over the toilet seat, bed sheets had multiple long black hairs under the top sheet, and my toddler found some kind of pill/medication just randomly sitting in the middle of the bathroom. We travel all the time to the Orlando area, I will never use this hotel again.

Excellent well situated, brake fast was ok but does the thing, specially with kids. The pool was awesome! The room was very nice, comparable with a 4 star. The only thing is you can not count on their transportation to the parks or from the parks, you better use a Uber and it’s just 8$-12$ depending on the time of the day but not more cause it’s super close the the hotel. We extended to 2 more days cause we felt at home. Fabiana and the day and night manager were very helpful.

My family & I normally rent rooms in Orlando when we are visiting theme parks. But I decided to venture out to surrounding areas and was very happy & pleased with Galleria Palms Hotel in Kissimmee. Great area. Great and welcoming staff. Very clean rooms. Everything we needed was on the main road of the hotel. Entertainment, food, gas, Walmart. We didn’t have to travel far for anything. It was all there. Loved it.

Had a nice 1 night stay (it was a short trip). Wasn’t a fan of the long hairs on the bathroom floor but it was clean otherwise. Really disliked how thin the walls are. Families with kiddos naturally make noise but kids on vacation can be excited and extra noisy. Addition of noise dampening panels in the rooms might be an idea to explore. Had a good stay otherwise.

This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel. The 1st time, I had trouble with our pillows, and a staff member, etc...but the overnight staff(a gentleman) and the Supervisor Edwin helped us in such professional way, that we definitely wanted to give the hotel a 2nd Chance.-because its one of the nicest hotels in the area, yet affordable. This 2nd time around, we stayed for 1 night, and the room was Wonderful. Very Clean and Very Spacious.(1 king bed sofa). It even had a great view! We also had great Soft Pillows, so we had a real nice and comfy night of sleep! The mattress is very comfy too. This hotel has their AC very good, so it never feels humid like other older hotels in the area. If feels like at home. They have a quite large Breakfast Area.- and well assorted food to serve. We had a nice breakfast as well the next morning. Very baby friendly too. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel, which btw, is very close to many, many stores and nice restaurants! And VERY close to Disney, if you take the back road!

Staff at the property were very friendly and accommodating with our large group of 60 people. Rooms were clean. The management arranged to open breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate our group and our need for leaving the property early in the morning. I will gladly return again with just my family.

This is a family friendly Hotel. Very well maintained and convenient location for visiting attractions.

This family friendly hotel is very convenient if you're planning most of your activities in the Disney area, free breakfast is very good, free parking and staff are very attentive too. Property conditions is a bit old compared to similar price options, renovations may be needed soon to update the decor and facilites.
