The staff was amazing! Upon entering, Eli made everything very easy and comfortable for those of us who had no idea what to do! I was hoping he would be there when we checked out…and he was! And super helpful again! The only issue we had was the icemaker on the refrigerator was loose so every time we closed the door ice would dispense. Easy enough to fix…we just pushed the lock button. The suite we had G 202 was outstanding! Spacious and clean and my family loved it! The onsite water park was large enough that my 8 yr old had a blast and looked forward to!

We loved everything about the property, from the late hours of the swimming pool to the exciting, fun water park. My kids loved the water park and lazy river definitely a highlight. Also the rooms were perfectly spacious, enough room for my big family. The only critique I would have is that our TV in the family room was not working. It was a great experience, one we would definitely do again.

It's a great place to stay. It felt like home as it has full kitchen and good size living room with bedrooms. Staying with 2 kids, the kitchen helped out to keep my kids healthy. 2 bedrooms can take window shades as outside light could impact quality of sleep. Rooms should be darker to sleep. For first impression, main enterance door can take paint. Overall, great place for families.

I booked this property for the weekend and needed adequate space for a family of 6-7, and I booked the 3 bedroom. I was satisfied greatly with the layout and all bedrooms had their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen(except a mixer, but I brought my own to make brownies), spacious and clean. The property is huge and the waterpark was free. Check in was a breeze, no soliciting of a time share, everyone was professional and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

Very nice community… room sizes were great and unit is very spacious and comfortable for a family… much nicer than a traditional Hotel room. Great on site pools and water park. You do need a car if you are planning to go to the Disney parks and attractions (or you have to Uber). They do have a daily shuttle but the times are very limited. You also may want a car to grab groceries (unit has a full kitchen) and/or to grab dinner at an area restaurant. Community does have food options on site as well… very nice breakfast buffet if you want to have a nice breakfast before heading to area attractions.
