Staying at the Omni is always a great experience. We try to go about every 3 months for a family weekend. Best pools and lazy river in Orlando. The great part it’s so easy to go from your room to the pools! Elevator right to your room!

The property is beautiful. I wish the bars and shops would’ve stayed open later. I’d like to see them accommodate more to adult nightlife. Not everyone who goes there has children. Also, the rooms are clean, but don’t look under the dresser etc.

This was the worst. I have never had an issue with Omni. The valet said they would bring our stuff up and they never did. I had to go back down an hour later and grab it. Couldnt do smores for the kids after the rain stopped. Just not a very good stay

The lacrosse attendance caused for a very uncomfortable stay for our family of 4 guests. Parking was a nightmare couldn’t find one for over 30 mins. The pool over crowded. Not enough staff for the guests. Food took too long. I’ll never come back during a sporting event. Omni does not have enough staff to support the guests and definitely not enough parking.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe. Overall great little staycation with the kids.

We have been here before, it’s a great place. However, their systems were down so we were unable to check into our room until 8pm. With 3 kids quickly fading after so many hours by the pool this was a hard pill to swallow

Expedia showed picture with balcony and evidently that’s a different room. Very noisy with kids and day drinkers.
